View link in All Projects list sometimes goes wrong
I've discovered that when I use the View link from the All Projects list view, sometimes the link doesn't work correctly. Most project's View link does go to the project, but at least one is just going back to the all projects view. I recorded a video of the issue that I only can share with tech support.

OAuth Has broken multiple times
Since upgrading to Clarity 2021 our OAuth has needed to be re-authenticated 4 times in the 9 days. Is there something we can check to see if something is wrong with our install or check to see if there is something more we need to do other than just keep re-authenticating it?

Tasks the have an invalid Target should report failed
When a task is copied to a new project sometimes the target was not updated so it points to a model that does not exist in the project. Even though it is scheduled to start the task never starts and does not create an error.
This can also happen when the model name or path changes. No error is logged.
Please create and error " Missing Target" so the Clarity manager is notified that the project has an issue.

PDF-XChange PDF Driver does not print Blacklines
Please fix the issue of the PDF-XChange PDF Driver does not print Blacklines.
Even if the PDF task is configured to print Blacklines the PDF's are color.

Some Revit files in BIM 360 do not appear in Clarity
We have over 40 Revit 2020 central files in the folder on BIM 360 but less than 20 files appear in the target box in Clarity. Multiple rescans, no file filters.
A few files at top of list are not cloud shared so expect those not to show, but many others are cloud shared central files and do not show in clarity.

task server alerts
We have set the properties used to setup a task server alert in many different ways but besides the 'ALL' server option none of them will send out emails to the people specified to notify.

Single PDF's Failing Consistently
I have a project looking to print single PDFs for each of the model, 100+ sheets on some of the bigger models so each task handles 1 model and the tasks are spaced out 1 hour per.
Somehow this performs worse (as reported by team) and uploaded fewer sheets than 1 single task ran against all 7 models at once.
BIM360 Post-Action is the end goal here, and all our cloud folder structures have valid configs.
Please advise on how to best single-PDF from a BIM360 project and upload them back up to BIM360.

Metric values show as 0 on Summary page
Why would the File Size metric value be 0 on the Summary page, but have a real value in the Graphs page? And my CAD Links values are zero in both. But I know for sure there are many CAD links in the models. I'm running the DbExport, Model Metrics, and Performance Advisor tasks.
I have been using the Minimal method in my database export tasks to save on task duration, could that be the reason for these "0" values?

Windows task server not updating
For the last couple updates, the ClarityRevitTask Servers update (21.0.15.0) but the ClarityWindowsTaskServers do not, they still show version 21.0.12.0

Notification Emails sent on All task completion.
Even though not checked or selected, I receive notification emails on all tasks completed. Any idea ^

Task Sat in New too Long
I have many tasks that launch at around 12AM each day. Mostly, these tasks are routine data exports. But Many of the tasks that launch each night fail out while sitting in the new category. These tasks are failing out very quickly after the tasks are started up.
Last night we had 79 of 130 tasks fail. Is this a high error rate? It seems really high. This is happening every night and I have exhausted my and my IT teams capacity to troubleshoot. Any recommendations?

NWC Export Task errors
I am trying to export NWC and I keep getting errors, in relation with the 3d view to export.
As I saw on your site, I can't really control what view other professionals will configure in their models.
Can you help me configure this task correctly. I need help with this please.

2021.1 has several pages encoded as "Danish" so Chrome asks if you'd like to translate them.
It happens most often on the server-level Tasks page. I've seen it on one of the metrics sub pages as well, but can't find it at the moment.

False Error Report?
I received the attached email saying that a task had an error, but when I review the task, it appears to have completed.
What am I missing?

Launchable vs Enabled
It’s seems a task is not longer launchable when you disable the schedule and I wonder if it is what’s expected. I set the “Enabled” option to No for a task that won’t need to be automated for a few weeks, but users still wanted to be able to run it manually from the project page. I just found out that even though the “Launchable” option is set to Yes, if the “Enabled” option is not, the task won’t appear in the quick launch menu. It seems to me it shouldn’t be doing that since the lightbulb help suggests it’s

When upgrading from Revit 2018 to 2020 a couple of notable issues occurred.
The newly upgraded file is forced to Specify... (select worksets) when opening the Project. The only way to fix this is to resave the file as a new central and change the option. This does not happen during a manual upgrade of the file.
Another issue is the disassociation of the keynote txt file regardless of UNC pathing. This does not happen during a manual upgrade of the file.
Other linked files get pathed to what I believe is the C:Drive on the Clarity (local) server and require repathing to the correct location when finished. They were UNC pathed prior

ADSK Account Locked Due to OAuth
My Autodesk Account has been locked due to too many authorization access attempts. I checked all the task servers yesterday and ensured they were fully authenticated. Somehow, the authentication was invalided and the autopasswork programmed into my task servers has failed.
I cannot get the task servers to stop attempting to login long enough to let the 30 minute refresh happen. So i have a log jam of tasks waiting to complete, support tickets coming in Left and Right, and I cannot get the task servers to stop running long enough to fix this issue. I pause the task servers

More oAuth Woes
I want to lead with how much I appreciate the work and development your team does to make and keep Clarity a meaningful and valuable product. Today is the second time I've run into this issue. All of my task servers lost their oAuth at midnight today and now none of our tasks can be completed.
In addition to losing the oAuth on the Task servers, Autodesk has kindly locked my account so I currently cannot reset my password or log in.

External Reporting Link - LevelID
When using the External Reporting Link, The Rooms table has LevelID, but it is always NULL. Could this be fixed, and/or could the room table also export the Level Name? I have no way of filtering a list of rooms by level in Power BI without manually exporting the standard Room report, which DOES have both these values and then linking them together. This is an extra manual step that could easily be messed up.
