"It looks like the requested service is currently unavailable. Please try again." Dialog
I just happened to be looking at a task server when this error window popped up. I watched the machine for a little while to see if it would suppress this dialog. It didn't, so, I clicked OK and then it resumed the task.
Is Clarity able to suppress this dialog? It didn't appear the task would move forward had I not intervened. I also don't think this dialog is much more than a nuisance.

The "# of CAD Links" model metric isn't reporting the correct value
The metric logged for "# of CAD Links" appears to be reporting imports (not just links) or parts of exploded imports. These are somewhat different problems and calling these all "CAD Links" is a bit misleading - I can assure you this model does not have 2400 linked CAD files. Is there a way to make a distinction between these two things? CAD Links vs Imports or something?

The post task action "Google Drive Upload" should create a new version of an uploaded file, not another file with the same name.
The post task action "Google Drive Upload" creates duplicate named files rather than creating a new version of the file. Google Drive allows multiple files to exist in the same folder with the same name (files in Google Drive are more ID based than file path based) and the api defaults must be to create a new file rather than look for a file with the same name and create a new version. Clarity's default behavior should be to create a new version, not new files with the same name.

Clarity Logo Does Not Update With New Image
I was trying to update the Clarity Logo using the Settings>>Appearance tab. When I select a new PNG file, it shows up as the selected file. When i click the Update button, the new file name disappears and the logo is not updated.

C4RPublish task fails in task sequence after upgrade to Clarity 2021
The C4RPublish task runs correctly alone, but when used in task sequence it fails with error "Only Cloud Workshared BIM360 Revit Documents are supported in the Upload To Model Coordination task!"

bim360 upload post action failing
i sent a log in early today directly from a failed clarity task but i don't think it went through. We are seeing a massive rate of failure for BIM360 upload post actions since last Friday after upgrading to clarity 2021 (double or triple the normal rate). after spot checking several tasks with the CompletedWithError status and the error message "Task Post Action: BIM360 Upload encountered issues" we are seeing the same sort of failure to get hub, or failure to get project after multiple tries. I have logged in manually with the clarity credentials to our BIM360 hub and

BackUp Project task not including DWG Links
Include Links checked but no linked DWG files are included in backup, all files on BIM 360.

offices list
In the server tab area on the office's list, when you hit the delete button for an office on that page it prompts you are you sure and then you click OK but it does nothing and doesn't give you a warning or anything else.

One or more dimension references are or have become invalid error at opening of Revit project causes task to not complete
How can this be suppressed when opening a revit project and this pops up? Please see attached.

Issue exporting Clarity Rand database using SQL Server
While exporting the Clarity rand database using SQL server connection, we ran into the following issues and would appreciate your support with resolving.
- Clarity index data base is empty
- The Modeltime query table is only available for some users, we need that to be available for all the users working on the models.
- There are some query tables that are empty. E.g. (Diagnostic chart, User group, User group project, User group Revit user)
- Only some users are visible in user query tables.
- Model Size is negative and unreal number is query tables.
- We need to produce a 'matrics over time'

When using BIM360/ACC Migrate With Revit 2024 files Clarity is reporting this error. Task and Project setup permission issues
Ever since the last round of updates I am no longer able to create new projects or modify the post action of any task.
The error I'm getting when trying to create a new project is:
this could be due to the directory not existing or insufficient privileges for the Clarity account: IIS APPPOOL\ClarityWebAppPool
All of the current tasks are completing without errors, however if I try to modify the post action to move the PDF's (for example) to a new location i get the error:

Clarity dynamo tasks
All of our task servers are pointed to our folder that contains our dynamo script, this was working before we upgraded from 2019.0 to 2019.1. Now we don't seem them in the drop-down on the task setup page. Not sure what else to look for.

It does not seem like our global time saved stats are going up anymore, I believe they have been at the same value for over a day now.

Model Metrics displayed
I have checked some of these projects and the tasks for model metrics and performance advisor are running fine on all of them but I see nothing for most of the projects through the model metrics summary card page. This has been filtered for 2019 projects if that matters. As you can see a few projects show data but most don't.

Dynamo not running
I have a Task Sequence of a Dynamo script to update room names/numbers, followed by printing PDFs. None of my task servers even see that the sequence is sitting in the queue. I've tried running the Dynamo task by it's self, same scenario, task servers do not see it in the queue. The PDF task on it's own runs fine.
I'll send diagnostics from the task servers shortly.
