Since upgrading to Clarity 2021 our OAuth has needed to be re-authenticated 4 times in the 9 days. Is there something we can check to see if something is wrong with our install or check to see if there is something more we need to do other than just keep re-authenticating it?

Nick - we did identify one issue where we were being perhaps a little bit too hard core...
If there was any kind of internet connectivity issue between your server and Autodesk Forge any time that it needed to refresh the token (probably once per hour) - we would mark the token as bad (unable to be refreshed).
We're putting out a 2021 update, hopefully tomorrow, which will be more forgiving of those kinds of internet connectivity blips.

Please send in all Monitoring Service logs, with a description saying that OAuth keeps going bad.
