Why would the File Size metric value be 0 on the Summary page, but have a real value in the Graphs page? And my CAD Links values are zero in both. But I know for sure there are many CAD links in the models. I'm running the DbExport, Model Metrics, and Performance Advisor tasks.
I have been using the Minimal method in my database export tasks to save on task duration, could that be the reason for these "0" values?
Scott - your software is from June/July, and we've put out some updates on both sides since then. I would recommend trying to run the updater on both host and task servers.
Yes, it is a BIM 360 project in Revit 2019.

I presume that this is a BIM360 project? which Revit version?
Do you have access to check on which version of the Clarity Host Server and Task Servers you have running?
These seem like bugs due to BIM360, but I feel like we've addressed some of them in updates.

Our Clarity servers have been updated to the following:
Central Host Clarity Version: 2021.0.7600
Central Host Upgrade Version: 21.0.26.0
My Task Server (Cloud, Revit, Windows) Update Version: 21.0.12.0
However the File Size and CAD Links metrics are still missing (0) or inaccurate in the metrics summary page.
Do I need to delete the metrics for each model, or purge the project database?
