Clicking on this link to get help related to pyRevit script tasks is not working:

The installation of Clarity 2025 on a new task server went normally until I noticed a Service: Clarity Monitoring Service was missing. After the install and task server configurations, I ran a test Revit DBE task that would not be claimed and give this error: in the task log: "processor replied that it cannot actually do all the tasks:...skipping! Task that cannot be claimed are: 1 Task:######: RevitDBExport."

This is when I noticed the service was missing and thought it might be related. Please assist.  

I have checked some of these projects and the tasks for model metrics and performance advisor are running fine on all of them but I see nothing for most of the projects through the model metrics summary card page.   This has been filtered for 2019 projects if that matters.   As you can see a few projects show data but most don't.
