Subst drive not in the list
Hello,
In our company we assess our Revit projects via the R: drive created with command subst R: \\svr\projects. This type of a network drive connection makes it working as a local drive for Revit, it doesn't convert it to UNC path. This strategy is chosen with purpose, we see advantages in this approach over the UNC path. We configured the Clarity server and task machines to have the R: as it appears for users. Unfortunately I cannot create a Clarity project with path targeting to the R: drive, it is not in the list:

Failed Revit Model Backup Clarity Task checkingout items in the model
When creating a Revit Model Backup Task the Clarity server is failing & checking out items in the model. It's my understanding that Clarity isn't opening the model for these types of tasks which makes it confusing.

Missing models in BIM 360 Next Gen
We are having an issue with tasks erroring out because the links models report as missing. The project has a mixture of links through desktop connector and live links to other 360 models. The 360 model links are the cause of the issue. Opening the file manually (on the desktop and task server) shows the link resolved. The automated load from clarity on a task is where it is missing. clearing the local cache from the PAC and user files is the only way we've found to resolve this. However, it keeps coming back.

Clarity 2020.1 Backup task on BIM 360 project not including Revit Links
on a Revit 2019 BIM 360 project the backup task is not including the Model Links in the Zip file.
The project is setup to for Live models and to include Shared and Consumed folders.

Ghost Task in Queue
We have a task that will not go away. We have tried to delete it from the Queue in the web portal, it has been deleted from the queue directly on the host server, we've rebooted the host server hoping it might clear out any residual info about it, and there is nothing running on the task server that is listed for this particular task.

Clarity Logo Does Not Update With New Image
I was trying to update the Clarity Logo using the Settings>>Appearance tab. When I select a new PNG file, it shows up as the selected file. When i click the Update button, the new file name disappears and the logo is not updated.

Disabled projects showing up on multiple users' home screen by default
Hi,
I am seeing more and more of my staff having disabled projects showing up on their home screen. for example the Gateway project in the attached screenshot with the X through it was disabled and should not be showing up. There is also no eye in the upper right corner which might be part of the problem.
Please advise.

mystery pfs
We're having another issue where PDFs are being generated from random projects. In this case, RCHD Replacement Hospital is generating PDFs that have content from another project, Komono. I am attaching 2 .zip files, one with PDFs having the wrong content and another with what they should look like.

No feedback from support
I have raised a number of issues on here and using the Send to IMAGINiT button in Clarity over the past month or so, but so far have had no feedback or even acknowledgement.
How do I escalate these issues?

All Cloud Projects are not Synchronizing and may be Stale
We are getting a message on all of our cloud projects stating that the project has not be synchronized since 8/12 and may be stale. This seems to be true for all of our cloud projects and the date seems to be fairly consistent. We have the latest updates for the Task and Host Servers.

Unable to remove project number from project name
Love the ability to sort by project number. Thanks for implementing that. We are having a problem editing the names of our existing projects now. We used to put the project number in the name so we could effectively sort. Since we don't have to do that now i would like to remove the project number from the front end of the project name. Is there a cache file somewhere we need to purge or refresh or something to get these project names edited?

BIM 360 project and live files
I am having problems with a BIM 360 project, it won't read live files only shared and published models. I have tested with a new project and it reads live files OK.

DWG Task - Export Individually Problem
We are having an issue with the DWG task in Clarity 2020. The project is a 2018 Revit Project (A360/C4R).
The task is using a Sheet Set with 3 views to be exported to DWG, then moved to a folder on our server. When we set the Export Individually option to Yes and then utilize the flexible naming options, we get a single DWG that is very oddly named. Attached are some screenshots of what we are seeing.
As soon as we set the Export Individually option back to No and change the DWG Filename to something standard (i.e. [Document].dwg)

Total Time Saved Not Working
Matt, our Task Server’s Total Time Saved counter has been frozen at 163 hours for close to a month now, how can we get it going again.

Scheduled Task Post-Action not Completing Consistently
We have several tasks setup for Navisworks nwc exports on schedule, with a 'move' post-action to a UNC path) on each.
We're trying to troubleshoot with our IT dept two scheduled tasks that are showing complete, but not all of the exported nwc files are moving over. No errors shown. The files just don't show up. The funny part is, when I manually run these two tasks, they execute without any failures.
Part of our troubleshooting is to change the scheduled times for these two tasks, in case there is another activity on the server(s) that is blocking the move

Data Sheet Room Deleted
My Data Sheet Room Template gets deleted.
Is there any reason for that?
The name changes to "Room.5f5b4373-1f11-4589-a688-d425de7fb06e" and the content disappear.

Cannot send more that about 4 logs from host server Diagnostics page
Clarity 2019.1 Cannot send more that about 4 logs from host server Diagnostics page.
If I add about 10 logs the dialog reports there was an error sending the logs.

Protocol Exception
We're seeing errors on our ModelMetrics tasks that don't make sense to us (see attached image). I'll be sending several task logs shortly.
