      <description><![CDATA[<p>I just happened to be looking at a task server when this error window popped up. I watched the machine for a little while to see if it would suppress this dialog. It didn't, so, I clicked OK and then it resumed the task.</p> <p>Is Clarity able to suppress this dialog? It didn't appear the task would move forward had I not intervened. I also don't think this dialog is much more than a nuisance. </p>]]></description>

      <title>The "# of CAD Links" model metric isn't reporting the correct value</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p>The metric logged for "# of CAD Links" appears to be reporting imports (not just links) or parts of exploded imports. These are somewhat different problems and calling these all "CAD Links" is a bit misleading - I can assure you this model does not have 2400 linked CAD files. Is there a way to make a distinction between these two things? CAD Links vs Imports or something?</p>]]></description>

I have logged in manually with the clarity credentials to our BIM360 hub and manually uploaded files exported by clarity to our server and uploaded them to the location the post action was supposed to and it was successful. So it is not permissions. Just to be sure though I removed and re-added clarity to the project without any effect.

<p><span data-contrast="none">This error indicates that the destination file is locked. 
<br>
In testing and troubleshooting, we have verified that the destination (nwd) file was not locked, and the setting in Options to enable <i>'Close NWC\NWD files on load'</i>  had indeed been performed and verified several times<i>.</i> 
<br>
When manually performing the conversion task, it was found that one of the source (nwc) files was corrupt, generated an error saying the same, and provided an OK button to acknowledge.  Manual conversion would then complete, and the destination nwd file would save as expected.</span> </p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">In further troubleshooting, the corrupt nwc file was deleted, the Clarity Navisworks Conversion task was re-ran, and the task successfully completed.</span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">Hopefully, this helps someone out if they run in to the same issue.</span></p>

      <title>Task and Project setup permission issues</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p>Ever since the last round of updates I am no longer able to create new projects or modify the post action of any task.</p>
<p>The error I'm getting when trying to create a new project is:</p>
<p>this could be due to the directory not existing or insufficient privileges for the Clarity account: IIS APPPOOL\ClarityWebAppPool</p>
<p>All of the current tasks are completing without errors, however if I try to modify the post action to move the PDF's (for example) to a new location i get the error:</p>

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ever since the last round of updates I am no longer able to create new projects or modify the post action of any task.</p>
<p>The error I'm getting when trying to create a new project is:</p>
<p>this could be due to the directory not existing or insufficient privileges for the Clarity account: IIS APPPOOL\ClarityWebAppPool</p>
<p>All of the current tasks are completing without errors, however if I try to modify the post action to move the PDF's (for example) to a new location i get the error:</p>
<p>Configuration <span id="MoveCopyTestResults" class="one-line-test-results">- Error validating folder:</span></p>
<p><span class="one-line-test-results">Even when I just click on an existing project i see the message : Unable to access this project's working directory</span></p>
<p><span class="one-line-test-results">This happens if I log in with my account on my workstation, or as the clarity admin on the clarity server.</span></p>]]></content:encoded>

      <title>Clarity dynamo tasks</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p>All of our task servers are pointed to our folder that contains our dynamo script, this was working before we upgraded from 2019.0 to 2019.1. Now we don't seem them in the drop-down on the task setup page. Not sure what else to look for.</p>]]></description>

      <title>Time Saved info</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p>It does not seem like our global time saved stats are going up anymore, I believe they have been at the same value for over a day now.</p>]]></description>
