bim360 upload post action failing

i sent a log in early today directly from a failed clarity task but i don't think it went through.

We are seeing a massive rate of failure for BIM360 upload post actions since last Friday after upgrading to clarity 2021 (double or triple the normal rate). after spot checking several tasks with the CompletedWithError status and the error message "Task Post Action: BIM360 Upload encountered issues" we are seeing the same sort of failure to get hub, or failure to get project after multiple tries.

I have logged in manually with the clarity credentials to our BIM360 hub and manually uploaded files exported by clarity to our server and uploaded them to the location the post action was supposed to and it was successful. So it is not permissions. Just to be sure though I removed and re-added clarity to the project without any effect.

Hi Dan, We have had that setting on for quite a while. We actually did identify the issue with the support team and they have implemented the fix in the last couple of host updates currently available and this post action has been working MUCH better since then.

Jeremy, I don't know if you're still having this issue, but we were too. I went into the task server settings and checked on the "Perform Task Post Actions Locally (When Possible)." This reduced a lot of our errors related to post task actions.
