Disabled projects showing up on multiple users' home screen by default

Hi,

I am seeing more and more of my staff having disabled projects showing up on their home screen. for example the Gateway project in the attached screenshot with the X through it was disabled and should not be showing up. There is also no eye in the upper right corner which might be part of the problem.

Please advise.

Did you ever run this down? Could it be that the users just have some kind of old page in their cache? so if they Ctrl+Shift+Refresh they see the "Inactive" icon?

Upgrade Version: 20.0.38.0

i believe we are upgrading to the next version first week of the new year.

its not consistent across the firm though or even office, come users don't see deactivated projects, others see a few, some see all of them.
