The other issue is that your Clarity web server is running as a particular user (if you have access, check the "Server" page) - that user must have access to the project folder in question... The Post Task Action tries to create a folder as that user - and it's not able to currently.
Please try using a UNC path rather than a mapped drive.
(Mapped drives generally don't exist when you're running as a service - like a web application does).
