"It looks like the requested service is currently unavailable. Please try again." Dialog

I just happened to be looking at a task server when this error window popped up. I watched the machine for a little while to see if it would suppress this dialog. It didn't, so, I clicked OK and then it resumed the task.

Is Clarity able to suppress this dialog? It didn't appear the task would move forward had I not intervened. I also don't think this dialog is much more than a nuisance.

I see this from time to time as well. I have a suspicion it could be due to some kind of ACC outage (maybe Desktop Connector not able to load a link, etc.). Can't say I have verified this though.

Is it actually possible to custoomize how dialogs are dealt with? We're having an issue with the "schema error" dialog on a particular project where it is dismissing loading rather than picking the "ok" option to continue loading. i cannot find any information in the Clarity documentation about this. Thanks.

Oh I found it here! Thanks Sherry :) I should search the forums more... https://imaginit.helprace.com/i511-clarity-task-server-configuration-to-always-hit-ok

And in my cae, there ia specific article written to change the default behavior for "schema error" dialogs. I did not realize the default would be to not load! https://imaginit.helprace.com/i512-clarity-schema-conflict-overrides

We'll take a look... if you can send in the task logs for that task (or if you see it again) - it would help us identify the dialog more definitively...

Sorry, I got buried. I'll look to see if i can ID this specific task. I'm pretty sure our logs have turned over by now :(
