Task and Project setup permission issues

Ever since the last round of updates I am no longer able to create new projects or modify the post action of any task.

The error I'm getting when trying to create a new project is:

this could be due to the directory not existing or insufficient privileges for the Clarity account: IIS APPPOOL\ClarityWebAppPool

All of the current tasks are completing without errors, however if I try to modify the post action to move the PDF's (for example) to a new location i get the error:

Configuration - Error validating folder:

Even when I just click on an existing project i see the message : Unable to access this project's working directory

This happens if I log in with my account on my workstation, or as the clarity admin on the clarity server.

Huzzah! That was the fix I needed. That'll teach me not to read the instructions all the way.

Thank you Matt.

Kevin - one of the common things that people miss during the upgrade process (it's in the "upgrade.txt" instructions, I swear!)  - is that it is necessary to re-set your IIS Application Pools to use your service account for Clarity.
