I upgraded to 2023.1 and service is unavailable error. I cannot access Clarity
Unable to access Clarity after installing 2023.1 files. Please help!

Bruce - this error almost always means that the IIS Application Pool(s) did not restart.
This could be just a timing issue (in which case perhaps you can just restart them manually) - or it could hypothetically be that you have typed in the password incorrectly, and it can't start for that reason (in which case it will continue to start/stop).
(and is fixable by going to IIS Application Pool, Advanced Settings, Identity).
