It would be nice to have an ignore option for the models listed in the Untracked Models section. This list keeps growing longer every day with temporary models that just add noise to the list.

Model size is not always a good modifier for the metrics threshold values.

At our office we usually deal with different model types: main models (contains rooms and all typical building elements, may be split into multiple models depending on size of project), auxiliary models (usually facades, roof structures etc.), site models, detail models (containing most of the detail views hence a lot of detail components, line work and annotation). We have some projects that need to use a lot of custom paper sizes. Managing those paper sizes on the host server and multiple task servers is fairly tedious and I was wondering if it wouldn’t be possible to have the task servers “learn” any new paper sizes for the ClarityPDF driver that were created on the host server.

A folder structure is constant (more or less) from project to project. It would be very helpful to specify a path for actions relative to the Revit project folder. It would save time on copying tasks from project to project - no need to adjust the UNC path for every project.

Would it be possible to make the Cleanup more frequent and/or more aggressive? Hourly cleanup would be ideal if it were able to detect and skip the cache associated with any active Revit Sessions and delete all the others. BIM 360 Cache is chewing up space at an alarming rate.

Report on host Central Host page the Clarity OAuth token for BIM360 has become invalid.

Report Desktop Connector version on Task server page in the task server details.

Since Clarity may be opening models to create PDF exports sometimes that model reports a Coordination Review is required.

Report this back to the host to alert the model manager to go check out why and do the Coordination Review.

I ran my first Index Model Families task and was surprised that the family file size was not in the report.  If File Size was in the report, I could quickly pinpoint families that are too big.  Could the file size metric be added to the family indexing?

It would be great to have support for downloading/uploading from Trimble Connect directly. It's been our main platform for sharing files for several months now and it does have API access. Considering this is a construction oriented file sharing platform with online IFC viewing capabilities, having the option to interface with it directly would be great. 

Trimble has Trimble Connect Sync which can sync folders but I find that it's not the greatest tool and having to use multiple tools creates more failure points in an automation system. 

Clarity Help is great, but would be even better if short, 3-5 minute videos can be provided within Help pages to demonstrate common Clarity task workflows.

Maybe setup a option on the host server to show projects without any changes 90 days to quickly change all tasks to  Only On Change

Change Default for Scheduled task to weekly. Right now it defaults to Every 3 Weeks.

I have a suggestion that would make a major quality of life improvement.

Clarity should include sheet parameters in file naming and/or in Artifact Sub-folder. 

By doing so parameters such as discipline of sheet set could be used to create a folder, phasing would be put in specified catalog - all from one task.

In summary by adding dynamic parameters from sheet to file path naming in Clarity we could achieve clearer documentation sorting with less tasks to manage and run.

When viewing the Current Tasks, be able to delete Claimed tasks without waiting for the task to be running in a Revit session on the task processor.

Many times I was to kill a task from the Current Task page but get a dialog saying "The selected task cannot be deleted"
