Metrics: Distinguish between model types
Model size is not always a good modifier for the metrics threshold values.
At our office we usually deal with different model types: main models (contains rooms and all typical building elements, may be split into multiple models depending on size of project), auxiliary models (usually facades, roof structures etc.), site models, detail models (containing most of the detail views hence a lot of detail components, line work and annotation). It would be very helpful to see all data in the firm metric guidance table, not only when editing the metric's configuration.

Make Metric Management something that can be done by Coordinators
A Project Coordinator (within a project) should be able to manage the metrics for their models.
Currently it requires a Global Project Coordinator role.

Slight Grammar Issue on the Completed Tasks Tab
I noted that there is a slight grammar issue on the Completed Tasks tab when there is a task timeout. The description says "… just a delay in processing many task [sic] on one …"

Show who lasted synced on BIM 360 models on the project page
Right now it appears that the LastModifiedBy column on the BIM360 project home page is not filled out.
Maybe have the clarity client collect this data?

Clarity feature request - task post-actions sequence option
Hello,
Clarity runs post-actions in parallel, which is understood when we want to send files to BIM36, FTP and Google Drive. But there are scenarios when post-action should be performed one after another. For example, after generating files with Clarity I need to do the following:
1. Delete old files in the target network folder. 2. Move the generated file to the target folder. 3. Rename files according client requirements. 4. Send files to shared location.
The post-action should be performed in the given sequence. With the current parallel running the Clarity can delete the newly generated files in the

Backup Host RandRevit database to Cloud
Create a task to backup Host RandRevit database to Cloud for disaster recovery.
This past weekend the office has a security breach and was his by a Ransome virus that wiped out our whole network with all servers and workstations. Not sure if my host server VM was backed up yet.

Add PDFCreator for drivers
Hello,
In our company we are using th PDFCreator driver. I found it is better compared to other PDF drivers: 1. It is fast. It takes less time for us to produce drawings. 2. It give true B&W graphics. Just compare its output with the the PDF-XChange result:
I would be happy using it. Hope other user would love it too.

Sort Task Timeline to Show Errored Tasks Only
I think it would be helpful to be able to visualize the timeline with only the errored tasks. Like how you can toggle on/off the "Only on Change" property. The ability to toggle the timeline to show only errored tasks would handy.

Task Tool: Add ability to disable / enable. Currently just readonly.
Would be great if Clarity's Task Tool had the ability to disable / enable individual tasks. The checkbox value is just readonly now. This would save time for task administrators.

Clarify RevitDBExport Task Documentation
It would be great if the documentation clearly states if the Minimal Export option exports the workset names. I've found that project admins are concerned when they use Minimal and then the Worksets setting says None. LastReportedDate field for Untracked Server Models
Please add a LastReportedDate column to the UntrackedServerModels table. This would be useful for filtering the data (i.e. excluding old untracked models that haven't been opened recently).

Shift Task Timeline Hours
We run all our backups and metrics at night, starting after people stop work, however the task timeline is only midnight to midnight. It would be great to be able to set the hours from say 8pm to 7am, so i can just examine the automated tasks, of one night, without having to jump from the day before to the day after

DB Export - Check box for models to export
Would like to have an option on which models I want to run the DB Export on. When I create a template for a DB export it takes all the Revit models in the Project. I would like to be able to select which models I want.

We would like to have a task that allows us to download files from BIM360 Glue into a ProjectWise folder.
We have designers/engineers/contractors producing coordination models in BIM360 Glue. We would like to be able to automatically download the file from there and save it into ProjectWise, where more internal staff have access to review the model.

Add Priority to the Task Columns in the Completed Task List
Just a thought. Could we add "Priority" for the tasks in the task column list?
This would make it easier to troubleshoot prioritization with task setup.

Backup Project and Worksets
It appears the the Backup Project task opens models in order to process them. However, we need to be able to open those models with all worksets closed, for performance.
We have some site models that take more than 3-4 hours to open if all worksets are open, which is what Clarity is doing. The task often fails.
Please allow us to configure the task to close all worksets in the models.

Enable Revit Single PDF's to be sorted by sort parameters
Currently, only Clarity Print collation of single pdfs allows for use of the sort parameter. However, only the Revit Print Collation allows for pdfs. We would like a pdf that has hyperlinks, but is generated with the sheets in the proper order.
Until that is fixed, the description for "Sheet Order Parameter" setting both in the help documents and in the task settings should clarify that the setting will be ignored if Revit print collation is used.

On the all projects pages can you add additional columns "Project Creator" and "Task last run" ?
Would like to be able to follow up with the prj creator and look at the task last run time, on all projects.

Copy Task Template
There are similar tasks, for example PDF output can be in black or colour, in separate files or in a single file. Also it is a good way to create a backup copy of a Task Template.
It would be helpful if I can copy a Task Template (similar to a Task) and change just a couple of parameters.
