    Add Update NWF File Task

    Add task to be able to update NWF file with exported NWC files on a daily basis.  The only current option is to create a new NWF file which doesn't help when needing an up-to-date NWF file everyday.  The current task option will remove saved viewpoints, search sets, clash tests, etc.

    All the task would need to do is open the NWF file > update NWC files (which Navisworks does upon opening) > Save the file > Close.

    Run a Navisworks appearance profiler during an NWF/NWC to NWD Navisworks conversion

    We currently have tasks set up to create NWCs so our NWFs get updated automatically, and other tasks to convert that NWF to an NWD. However, we still have to open that NWD and apply an appearance profiler file so the system colours are correct before sharing the model. It would streamline the process if we could have an option to run an appearance profiler during a Navisworks conversion task.

    End Date or One Time Schedule

    Either have an "end date" (like we have a start date) for scheduled tasks, or a schedule type that is a one off.  Or maybe it's on demand, but it asks if you want to run immediately or at a later date/time.

    Teams are often creating pdf printing tasks that they want run in the evening, but then forget to turn it off and it ends up running weekly.

    REST API: Add operation for updating tasks

    Would it be possible to add an operation for updating task settings? We are particularly interested in updating the following properties: "Worksets", "Priority" & "Only on change" (for timed tasks).

    Use case: For the properties mentioned above we have defined default values per task type and want to push these to all tasks at regular intervals as kind of an "autocorrect" functionality. I am aware that we could achieve this via SQL queries as well but would prefer to use the REST API in case table names etc. change in the future.

    auto archive

    The ability to auto archive stale projects is great. However, can we get a setting to specify projects we don't want to be auto archived? Currently we have a few projects setup to archive our Revit servers and they are getting archived while the tasks are running. Also, we have some test projects that we would like to not be archived.

    Get the Detail Level Setting of Views

    In an effort to troubleshoot why some models do not successfully publish in BIM 360, I would like to see what the Detail Level is set to, on the views getting published.  If there are views set to Fine that could be Medium or Coarse, it could improve the chances that a BIM publish is successful.

    Task Templates: Support for Task Sequences

    I really like using Task Templates as they allow me to push changes in a task's configuration to multiple projects in no time. One more thing I would really like to see supported, though, is the ability to define Task Sequences as Task Templates. Here's my reasoning for that: We have a number of Dynamo scripts that check different aspects of the model and run once a night. If they are run outside of a Task Sequence, it means Clarity will start a new Revit session for each of them. In order to save processing time it would make sense

    Scan for BIM360 projects that are not in Clarity

    We want to make sure that all projects in BIM360 are getting backed up using Clarity.  Currently I must manually compare the list of BIM360 projects and Clarity projects.  It would be very helpful if Clarity could be set to scan our BIM360 site on a regular basis and email us a list of projects that exist on the BIM360 site but do not exist on the Clarity server.

    Browse button and UNC paths

    All path entry places in Clarity should have a browse button and they need to support UNC paths. For example, if I look at my Clarity 2021 server > PDF task > Post Action: Copy/Move, I do not see a browse button. This is needed.  May require some type of auto-substitute table to change from mapped drives to UNC paths.

    Google Drive Download

    There are multiple download tasks: from DropBox, SharePoint, etc. But there is no a task for Google Drive download. It would be very helpful.

    Let Dynamo scripts know their Clarity task ID

    Our Dynamo scripts report usage to a database. It would be super useful to include the task ID for each run of a script in that usage report - that way we'be able to connect script usage data to Clarity projects. Please add an additional input token or environment variable that contains the task ID.

    PIRevit custom tasks setup

    For PI-Revit we would like to have the ability to setup custom tasks. Similar to the functionality that currently exists for Dynamo where scripts are placed in a central location these which are then available as a custom task in Clarity. This will allow us to setup global generic PIRevit tasks which can easily be added to projects. On top of this allows to mitigate the security risks that come with the currently available PI Revit tasks.

    please add folder creation option on file copy with date formula

    sometimes project team needs file to be moved to a dated folder.. if we could automate creating a dated folder in the file copy task and then copy files to that folder that would be great

    Room Data Sheets with linked models.

    Has anyone had any experience working with room data sheets and linked MEP models? We have an arch model set up with the room data sheets sourced from the arch model, and an MEP model linked into the arch model. Curious to know if the RDS reads linked model data. If so, what are the steps to achieve this?

    SAT export

    It'd be great to have SAT export from Revit, via Clarity.  We're are doing increased work with engineers working in Plant 3D, and SAT files are the only one that can import as individual elements.  DWG, NWC and ADSK files all come in as monolithic blocks.

    Include Model Metric Value in Alert Email Subtitle

    Just a quick idea. We have all our model alerts funneled to a MS Teams account. This allows our BIM Team to quickly see all the alerts we want to keep an eye on. So, When the email comes in to Teams it's truncated like such:

    I think it would be really handy if the metric was included there so the team can more easily see the metric. They can always click on the "See More" if they want to see the full alert.

    Subject says it all...Display project numbers along with the project names on any pages where user rights are assigned.  We discuss projects in our office by name and/or number.  Having both display on these pages would save us time when we get a request for rights to be added to a project number.  Saves the person who edits the rights from having to look up the project name.

    An option to pause a Task Server when not logged into BIM 360

    This would save numerous errors and allow overflow tasks to move to the next task server. also the ability for error tasks to cascade to another task server if a BIM 360 issue.
