Clarity Report Editing Tools
The Reports editing feature for Revit models has great time saving potential for updating multiple Revit models with new sheet information for each deliverable. After we edit the reports we use the 'Update Revit With Changes' task to implement our report updates.
But we sorely need the ability to edit Clarity Reports for Revit with the similar basic 'database' editor features (like cop/ paste multiple) that you can use in Excel. For example when I edit a Sheet information report for our Revit models I may have dozens to hundreds of rows of data that use the same value. Currently

Autodesk Vault connect support
Hello,
We have Autodesk Vault for Revit document control. We would like to connect to Vault Server and the files in Vault in order to run Tasks. It would be great to have a connect to Vault similar to Projectwise.
Thanks,
Bruce Gunderson

AutoCAD read only
Can we get an option added to all AutoCAD tasks that will allows up to open the DWGs in read only mode? I know not every AutoCAD command may work with this, but it would be helpful to have for tasks and scripts that will still function in read only files.

Transfer Standard - Overwrite
We have a project which is a building split by multiple partial Revit files. We need to have uniform View Templates through all the models. From time to time we transfer the view templates from one of the models to other models manually using the Overwrite option.
Using the existing 'Transfer Project Standards' task we get duplicates:
Sorry, it is not the way the task is expected working for us. We just want to overwrite existing view templates as shown on the picture above. Probably other Clarity users would need the 'New Only' option.
Would it be possible to update

Transfer Standards from a Cloud Model
When we have a BIM360/ACC project all the project related models are located in the Cloud and one of the models keeps the Standards which periodically should be transferred to other models.
The current Clarity task template allows to select a local/network file only. it is inconvenient and takes time to download the model with Standards and then use it for processing the task.
It would be great if we can use a cloud model as a source of Standards for transferring.

Performance Advisor Results
Results are exported as a ZIP file rather than the HTML contained within it; can the ZIP export be optional?
Also, on the Model Metrics page, the Performance Advisor results are always cut-off when attempting to view them. Zooming out in the browser still justifies the results to the right so that when you hover over the metric indicator, the flyout information bubble is off-screen. To note, the webpage expands and you can technically scroll, but you'd have to move your cursor off the metric to scroll (causing the info bubble to disappear along with the scroll bar) or you'd

Select priority as Launchable Parameter
We sometimes have staff requesting ability to control priority of certain configured tasks. Not so much that it needs to be sent straight to the top of the list, sometimes they even want to delay the start, or push it to very low priority. We can currently do this by duplicating tasks with different priorities - could the priority be made a launchable parameter so user can select their requirement at launch time?

New Metric/ Alert - "User" links
I've started to find a lot more "User" machine links than we'd prefer to see. I'd love a metric to keep track of this or other "unapproved" link locations, like old project folders or non-library locations.
Example screenshot attached. These links should be saved in our library or in the ACC Desktop location. Not in C:\Users or via OneDrive at all.
Some metric/ alert to be able to search for a string in the "link location" you're already saving to the sql would be great.

Select-DeSelect All Days in Task Schedule
It would be swell if there was a Select All and a De-Select All option for task schedule days. When you change from On Demand to Scheduled, all of the day checkboxes are activated. One example use-case: If I need to create a bunch of tasks that run one day per week, I spend a bit of time un-checking check boxes. Be nice to click a "Uncheck All" and then check the one day I need.
See attached image.

Add Revit Version Column to Task Tables
It would be useful to be able to see and filter our tasks (completed and current) by the Revit Version of the project being run.
This would allow us to gauge how many projects are running through each version of Revit in task load across projects.

Cloud model size - host only
Currently the project home page show the model file size as summary size of the host model together with links.
I think it would be more informative to see the host model size only. Or show both: host and full size?

Purge selected categories
I need to purge periodically Revit design models, but I don't want to remove all unused elements. I need to keep many elements like tags, pipe types, duct types, etc. in the mechanical model, because they are defined in the model by the company standard. But I want to delete all Families which people load for Mechanical Equipment, Pipe Accessories, Duct accessories, etc. They contribute the most to the models file size.
It would be nice if and application "Purge Categories" can be created. There I could select the categories I want to purge from the project. In fact, this

Revit Error Handling Options
I was hoping for a glossary that would help me trace the dialog boxes back to the Revit error handling option overrides in Clarity. I'm currently experiencing difficulties in determining which option to select, and I find myself needing to individually select each checkbox. Could Clarity consider adding a feature to simplify this process in the future?

add Interference Check task
I would like to automate the Interference Check task and have it export the report

Publish Settings List Report
I'd love to be able to export a list of models with their named sets of Publish Settings. I could then see if there are any missing or misspelled sets the Print Range Clarity is looking for when exporting dwg's or pdf's.

automatically update project Revit version
It would be great if Clarity could see that a project has been upgraded to a newer Revit version and adjust itself accordingly. We have had reports of users upgrading models and not informing our BIM Manager so Clarity fails because it is trying to run tasks with an older version of Revit.

More control of failed tasks
Tasks that failed, I would like to Batch control what happens based on what they are. I would like to Batch re-start all of the Publish tasks. all of the Daily metrics, just batch delete and let them cycle back around for instance.

Quick Button to plot a Linked Model, But not open
For Background, I know that when I open a model we can plot a linked model from the pyRevit plot command. But is there a way to automate this function through Clarity? We have the need to refer to another discipline sheets on the hub, and not everyone publishes their sheets like they should.
We need a way to be able to quickly plot links to pdf while NOT opening the other firms model.
On the ACC, I often only have View + Download permissions to other firms models. So, we can't open those links anyways.

Add Ability to turn off Log Preview in the Task Queue Screen
While the short preview of running logs is sometimes very useful in the task screen:
There are times when assessing a long queue that it would be very nice to have option to turn off the log previews to condense the list and make it easier to find the info i'm looking for. Would it be possible to toggle on/off the log preview?

Periodic Snapshot of Tasks Dashboard
For the purpose of high level task health monitoring it would be helpful to be able to set up an Alert or something similar that would send an email containing the task metrics for the last hour, day, etc... similar to the Dashboard page from the Tasks tab.
If I could have Clarity email just me or certain admins a dashboard that shows task health for the last hour, it could help catch systemic issues with the server or task machines earlier, especially if Clarity maintenance is not in my scope of work in a given day or week.
