Use case: I am a Revit user that would like to set up a one-off task to print a set of PDFs or do some exports, but my project is not set up on Clarity. I would still like to use the power of the Clarity Task Servers without having to set a project up on Clarity. It would be great if I could do this through the Clarity addin and save the configuration out to an external file so I can re-use it if necessary next time.

Load times for BIM 360 next gen projects can be very long when linked models have to be pulled down via the desktop connector. Having the ability to not open link worksets would be a big improvement for tasks that don't need linked model data such as Navisworks/IFC exports.

We'd like to get an opinion as to how often should model metrics run on models? I am thinking this task should run on weekends because of the complexity of the task. Any thoughts or ideas are welcomed.

We have a need to export a model with all groups Ungrouped.

Please add "ungroup all groups" in the PublishRevitModel task

I am wondering if I can set a task in Clarity to post to Newforma and to pull a file from Newforma?

We are getting a message on all of our cloud projects stating that the project has not be synchronized since 8/12 and may be stale.  This seems to be true for all of our cloud projects and the date seems to be fairly consistent.  We have the latest updates for the Task and Host Servers.

Is it posibel to copy files from internal Clarity server to external Clarity and vice versa?

The Sync charts (maybe others as well that report time) report in seconds. It would be nice to convert this to minutes & seconds instead. Also quite important to have in the label is the username for each data point.

Right now the A360 download can included subfolders and filter by file extension.

Please add the option to filter by filename. Example is I only need to download 18-098 ARCH.rvt.

I have been testing out the new tasks in preparation for launching company-wide.  When I run the Performance Advisor Report, sometimes the report shows and now most times, it just takes me to a blank page.  I do not understand why nothing is showing up, but the tasks show as completed.  

In regards to creating PDFs to be able to view via the Clarity viewer, I am not able to view the PDF.  I keep getting the error that the PDF cannot be loaded and it will not load no matter how many times I hit reload.

Love the ability to sort by project number.  Thanks for implementing that.  We are having a problem editing the names of our existing projects now.  We used to put the project number in the name so we could effectively sort.  Since we don't have to do that now i would like to remove the project number from the front end of the project name.  Is there a cache file somewhere we need to purge or refresh or something to get these project names edited?

The Clarity team is looking at participating in an upcoming Forge Accelerator to implement some ideas for how Clarity might assist with the BIM360 Model Coordination standpoint (whether thru automation, metrics or reporting).

We'd love to hear people's ideas if you're familiar with both systems.

It would be nice if lists such as the task tables and user lists could be formatted to allow more than 20 rows at a time.  It is time-consuming to have to page through the multitude of records to get to the right row, even with sorting and filtering. 

Add Google Drive support for the post action copy / move option

When clarity is running a PDF task with option for error on missing links on it fails if a link itself is missing an attached link. Please add the option to ignore missing sub-links in links 

I am having problems with a BIM 360 project, it won't read live files only shared and published models. I have tested with a new project and it reads live files OK.

It would be great if on a schedule Clarity could take PDF output of sheets and then upload against the Plans folder and not the Project Files folder.
