Users often complain about how cryptic Clarity alert emails are, especially model alerts. It would be great to have an additional field for a custom message that we could define for each configured alert to explain why the user is receiving the alert and which action they should take next.

If you opt to use Active Directory for logging into Clarity, there are a few things to review so you understand how this is set up and what we are looking for when we check against the users Active Directory credentials.

Has anyone else run into the following issue with PDF type tasks. We have certain projects where the PDF print is works for all views selected until the last view, and then the task fails because the final view is not outputted via PDF. 

Attempts to clear out cache and reset DC do not correct issue. on different task servers the issue replicates, running latest Clarity Client (26.0.12.0)

Add a page length dropdown list of user choices for the length of task items on the page. 100 would be nice.  The apparent current length of 20 can be annoying.

Could we get two setting for the Erroring Task Cleanup Alert. Currently, we can either notify the coordinator on the project or disable the task. I would like to have one setting to notify the user and a second one that disables it if the error is not fixed. 

For example, after 3 errors in a row it will start sending an email to the coordinator so they can look into it. Then the second setting would kick after 6 days to disable the task if it was not fixed. 

It would also be nice if Clarity could auto send

It would be great to have a published list of all available file keywords, organized by where they're able to be applied across the Clarity platform.

Hi.  When exporting a Revit schedule to Excel via the schedule export task, we receive the error: "Invalid row or column index". We can export the same schedule to CSV via Revit with no issues.  We cannot seem to find any reason for it to fail or any specific setting in the task to highlight an issue with the indexing.  Thank you.

I would like help to verify that we have our new Clarity licenses installed properly on our Clarity host server and Clarity task servers. I believe that we do. However, we are continuing to receive daily emails with a countdown stating that our license will expire in x number of days.

I am facing an issue with the Clarity ACC Docs to PDF task when attempting to export multiple Revit files at the same time. Observed Behavior: When running the ACC Docs to PDF task for multiple Revit models, the task fails. The error indicates that Files are in use. I retried the export several times, but the same issue occurs consistently. Please advise whether this behavior is a known limitation or requires specific configuration settings to handle multiple Revit exports in the ACC Docs to PDF workflow.

Provide a "Do not include subfolders" option when pathing to a Target in any task.  There are many times where I only want to select files in a folder but not include any files in it's subfolders.

Using *.rvt in the end of any target folder path still includes it's subfolders.

If you have Clarity set to Auto Create ACC projects in a specified hub, there are some things you need to be aware of in order for them to actually be created.

You need to be logged in as a Global Admin to make these changes.

Settings

• Server tab, Settings, General tab, BIM360
• If you set this to True, you will want to fill in the name of the hub we will be looking for to create projects from, typically your default hub name.
• You can specify a Project Template to base the new projects off of.

In the Clarity Addin for Revit, make it so the "run on this model only"  option checked by default OR to remove the option all together making it run "This Model Only" consistently.  Trying to avoid the user input step of checking that run this model only checkbox.

Just looking to get more use out of the Autocad Addin moving into ACC.

Can anyone tell me what the parameters of a DWG file or DST file needs to look like for Clarity to pick up the PDF task correctly. Do we need to have a certain layout setup or wondering why only some DWGs in a DST get picked up by Clarity for printing, but not all. Hoping for some insight on the setup process, as it has not worked for us consistently at all.

Looking to see if this is a workflow we can implement with our Model publishing and ACC Docs workflow.
