Viewing Reports and PDFs on Clarity

I have been testing out the new tasks in preparation for launching company-wide.  When I run the Performance Advisor Report, sometimes the report shows and now most times, it just takes me to a blank page.  I do not understand why nothing is showing up, but the tasks show as completed.

In regards to creating PDFs to be able to view via the Clarity viewer, I am not able to view the PDF.  I keep getting the error that the PDF cannot be loaded and it will not load no matter how many times I hit reload.

Any and all insight on the issues would be greatly appreciated!

Jessica,

i would be curious- both issues seem like they might be problems with your specific browser configuration.

for the performance advisor report, are you downloading the file and then opening it? What browser do you use? And you try opening it with a different browser.

for the PDF, viewing embedded PDFs in a web page is controlled by the PDF viewer installed on your machine (for example, Adobe Reader). I would recommend perhaps reinstalling the PDF driver?

Hi Matt,

Thanks for your response! So i am using Google Chrome.  It was suggested when Clarity was installed that it works better with Google Chrome and so that is what we have been using.  By default, when i click on the PDF file that it has created, it automatically downloads it. But when I go to the PDF section of the files page, it doesn't load it at all.  Am i missing a step? I'd like to be able to view through Clarity as well and I thought that was a capability.

For the Performance advisor report, for the ones that work, it opens it in another tab and shows the results.  Now, for most of them, I get to a blank page, or sometimes they don't even show up in the "Reports" section.  Perhaps its a setting I missed?

Are there things I can look for to check if I have them set up correctly?
