All Cloud Projects are not Synchronizing and may be Stale

We are getting a message on all of our cloud projects stating that the project has not be synchronized since 8/12 and may be stale.  This seems to be true for all of our cloud projects and the date seems to be fairly consistent.  We have the latest updates for the Task and Host Servers.

Thanks Matt.  Logs were just sent.

Nick,

can you go to the Server/Logs page and check the box next to all of the MonitoringService, and hit Send.

put in the names of a couple of the problem projects in the description.

Hey Matt.  Thanks for getting back to me.  It appears that our OAuth is still valid.

The only OAuth email I have received lately was back on 8/6.  About a week before the project stopped synchronizing.  I fixed things at that point.

I went ahead and re-authenticated this morning just to make sure.  Doesn't seem to have done anything.

Also, I just created a new project this morning (BIM 360 Next Gen).  Getting this message for that one.  So even a different date there...

Nick,

we recommend checking the Clarity Server/Settings/OAuth page.

- is the token there valid? Is the proper account linked to it?

- we recommend setting up one or more emails at the bottom of that page to be notified if the token goes bad

- if the token keeps going bad, please send us all of the Monitoring Service logs on the Server/Logs or Server/Diagnostics page

I decided to create a new project and run the database and metrics on the new project.  It still says that the model hasn't been synchronized.  So maybe it is an issue with our connection to the cloud in general as it seems to be across the board.
