BIM 360 project and live files

I am having problems with a BIM 360 project, it won't read live files only shared and published models. I have tested with a new project and it reads live files OK.

Hello Brendan,

Upgrade to Clarity 2020.1. There is better support for BIM 360 now.

Hi Peter, hope you are doing well.

We upgraded to 2020.1.7277 just before Christmas, I haven't had chance to test the improvements yet.

I found that the use live files option did not work if the root folder name was changed from "Project Files". One for the FAQ, or a fix.
