Is there a way to clear the footer option for printing data sheets?  Each time we edit the print we have to clear this or it prints.  Would like to see an option to turn off the footer if not needed.

We are trying to download files from a Procore project hosted by another consultant  using Clarity.

I have the account that can see the files on Procore logged into Clarity under oAuth and also selected at the oAuth to use in that project.

However, if using the classic Procore task I get this error:

And when I use the Unified Sync I get this error:

In the unified sync, the project combo box stays blank, even though I can see it's talking to Procore because it pulls the correct company name:

Do additional permissions have to be configured on

Is there a way track user activity so I can see who is disabling my tasks

Is there a way to have the Project Query setup allow for more than one table to be assigned to the Report? I know Reports in the individual will allow multiple tables to be in the selection.

Does anyone know if a Clarity task can be set to reach into ACC to consume a model from the Design Collaboration module?

Has there been any discussion around giving Clarity the ability to upload files to Cupix, specifically NWD files?

When clicking the "external reporting link" under project home i receive the following error. This greys out the entire screen and forces us to close and re-log in.

Is there a setting that needs to be changed or updated to allow for external reporting? 

When running the model checker module in Clarity I receive the following error. What could be causing this?

For example, if all of my projects are using the built-in Gross Area scheme, can I build a report that shows the total gross area for every model or project?

Task computers give the message "Device Limit Reached":

It started appearing just today. We allow 8 Revit instances per every of two Task Servers, and the problem didn't appear before.

Is that something new from the Autodesk policy? What would you suggest?

I used to be able to have pyRevit Script actions I could run, but noticed that the tasks are not longer available.  When I go to add task i no longer see pyRevit as an option and I didn't see anything in the help docs about this being removed.

While in admin Users list view, would be nice to have option to export whole list into XLS or CSV.

Also, with extra column for access level, groups and projects assigned to.

Is there any option to extract database of already assigned users (via clarity web) with information about assigned projects  / groups / permission level?

How can I check config file for cleanup settings related to options in dialog box attached?

Is there any admin-user setting to control Cleanup options (from checkboxes)?

Should it clean up \Users\GBLonSVCClarity\AppData\Local\temp folder as well? - it isn't.

My IT team contacted me and wanted to know what the best procedure is for upgrading the operating system on our Clarity Host and (3) Task Servers.  The Host is currently running Windows Server 2019 and we plan to upgrade to either Windows Server 2022 or 2025 (not sure yet).

For the Task Servers we are currently using physical workstations (not VM) on Windows 10 22H2 and need to upgrade to Windows 11 24H2.

Is it possible to upgrade each machine or simply rebuild each one and set things up fresh. Looking for any guidance on how this affects Clarity.

Clarity Client is missing on versions of Revit older than 2026.  Tried to rerun the install with a repair, nothing.  Uninstalled and ran the install again, nothing.  Uninstalled ran the 2025 version and it appears but not in 2026.  Shouldn't the 2026 version work on supported Revit versions 2023 and up?

Anyone else seeing this and how did you fix it?

I am having a hard time getting my head around Clarity task queue management. I can see tasks enter the queue based on the value of Priority. However, my task servers still appear to claim tasks in the order the task was added to the queue regardless of Priority. My task servers are almost always in continuous use because of data harvesting we do on project models to track model usage and health. Those tasks have a priority of 10. I'd like to configure Clarity to use Entra to manage users and groups vs. an on-premise active directory server.   We are moving away from on-premise servers and eventually our user accounts will no longer be hybrid and will exist only in the cloud. 

How can I control visibility of task timeline to be visible to project users?

Is it only available for admins? 

Is it possible to edit a schedule or data sheet directly in the browser or in excel and have the updates pushed back to Revit when using Clarity - through reports or data sheets? or a task automation?
