Task Timeline visiblity

How can I control visibility of task timeline to be visible to project users?

Is it only available for admins?

It is in timeline detailed in the project area:

I'll assign global role so they can utilize this.

Unfortunately, I don't see the checkbox you've mentioned:

Project coordinators should be able to see the task timeline for their projects.  On the task timeline detailed tab, the other project schedules can be viewed through the "Show tasks on other Projects" checkbox.
