File has been deleted
During a very importnat deadline last week. One of our files was shwon as Deleted in the Activity Stream on Clarity, it is hosted on BIM 360, we have had no problems with this file until now. I could not find the file anywhere to include in tasks. Why did this happen and how do I prevent it from happening again?

Clarity cannot access models on BIM360
We are seeing some major issues where Clarity is telling us it cannot access the models in a project. Tasks will run successfully one day and then fail the next. Or a particular task will run on one model and not another in the same project.
These are the steps we've found that will fix the problem sometimes:
- remove file filters at the project level
- remove Clarity from BIM360 project and re-add with Admin permissions
- request rescan after adding Clarity as Admin
IF we have a successful task run after this, we can sometimes add the file filters back into the

PDF "garbled" Text Issue
Some of our PDF files generated from PDF Tasks have text issues to where the text displays as "garbled" text - showing random characters of symbols, letters, and numbers. We use the Arial Font, which all of our Task Servers have installed.
My workaround is to the issue is to first delete the existing PDF files in the Project's main Artifact folder first so that there is no PDF files that Clarity has to attempt to overwrite, which does seem to help issue, but we have overnight/scheduled PDF Tasks that we run as Check Sets that are constantly having to

Launchable parameters selection dialog is not provided when launching a task from within the task setup screen
We have tasks setup with the target set to * so they allow access to all files in the project.
The launchable parameter of Target is enabled so the user can select which file to run at launch time.
The 2 run buttons as per attached image behave differently. The top one gives user option to set the launchable target parameter, while the lower one in setup screen, just launches the task on all files.
This then launches in our case 100(sometimes thousands) of tasks which i need to go and cancel. If other tasks are running at the same

Sharepoint Upload Consistently Failing
We have found that the post action of a Sharepoint Upload will consistently fail when Clarity is attempting to access it simultaneously on multiple machines. This is unfortunately likely a limitation of Microsoft but, looking at the attached image, all 4 tasks were started at the same time and ran on 4 different machines (1 task assigned to 4 models). The task that happened to finish first, got first access to Sharepoint and the other three failed because they were not able to access the site.
4 Clarity users all trying to access the same Sharepoint folder from 4 different

Some of our tasks are not running as scheduled. I have moved one of the tasks to future times to see if it would start but it has not been working. Thanks in advance.

Feature request for email notification - Please include folder path in the Move/Copy Post action
I'd like to request a feature added to the email notification. Please include a clickable file explorer link to the folder path specified in the Move/Copy Post action. This path link will take you to the results faster instead of having to manually look for it. The email notification already has a lot of info but missing this. Thanks

Clarity version 2024 not allowing ProjectWise username prefaced with an underscore?
Our company standards dictate that all our ProjectWise service accounts are prefaced with "_" and we have never had an issue with 2023 version of Clarity... However after upgrading to 2024 it appears that this introduces errors within the latest version 2024?
Personally I've never had any issue using the ProjectWise API with these usernames before; however the Clarity software seems to cause significant errors with Connection Client software licensing in this latest version... Can we please get this bug patched instead of just writing a warning and pretending that the problem is within the ProjectWise API?
Thanks, Ed

Unable to use Bentley IMS login
In the help docs it specifies the following "On the Clarity Task Server, we have begun to support Bentley IMS Accounts"; however when updating the task server configuration to activate the "Use ProjectWise IMS Login" option, it fails to login with IMS and attempts a user/password login.
Perhaps this is due to the web server settings that do not appear to have a method to disassociate a logical account from the web server project authorization settings, there are only options for user/password credentials. Any new project created will use the default setting and attempting to add a credential without a

Custom TaskParameter with name "Target" returns multiple values
When creating a task parameter with the name "Target" like so:
The resulting TaskParameter value = *,a
If I rename the task parameter to any other name it returns the correct (singular) value "a"
It would appear that there might be a hidden property called "Target" that somehow is returning a value of "*" perhaps? When reporting all task parameters (when using any other name for this) I do not see TaskParameter Target = *

Timeline inaccurate when multiple timezones are involved
The timeline (both the detailed and the regular timelines) in Clarity show incorrect times when the servers are in a different timezone from the user looking at the timeline.
For example, this photo was taken at 3:49pm PST, from a computer in the PST timezone.
As you can see, it currently shows the local time (red line) as 3:49pm, but it also shows several past events as happening several hours in the future. It seems it's displaying the timestamps from the local timezone of the server, without adjusting to the timezone of the web client.

Task Timeline, Show "Only On Change" not working
Hello, the check box "Show "Only On Change" tasks" in the task timeline overview, doesn't work. When unchecked, I still see "Only on change" tasks in the overview list. I can't refresh the page because it will re-check the option by default, so I am stuck in a loop. If I uncheck and recheck, it will compress the entire list into one single line of incomprehensible text.
Thanks,

Clarity Task Utility
The Clarity Task Utility does not accurately retrieve/report on Task Sequence tasks. Seems it will show subtasks that are claimed but not in progress. It also doesn't include the Task sequence task itself. Can this be updated/fixed?

However, If I create a new project from scratch, it CAN see the clients hub and its files. However, when attempting the "Migrate" model task again, it comes up with "no folder" error.
