FullDate Keyword Not Working as Expected
I have a user that is trying to create a Folder with the [FullDate] keyword in the path during a post task action. This is the path in the task:
This is the resulting path created. We have tried [FullDate] and [Full Date].
We can fix this by using the [Custom(yyyy_MM__dd)] keyword but I thought you should know the [fulldate] keyword doesn't appear to be working as expected.

Autocad Plant 3D to Navisworks - which version 2019-2020-2021-2022 to start

J'ai deux problèmes par rapport à la conversion de fichier AutoCAD plant 3D vers Navisworks.
1- The first problem, even if in the task I select the Plant 3D product, it starts Autocad with the last configuration that was run on the server, for example if on the server I start AutoCAD Civil 3D, it will take this one for run my task. How do we get them to take the right products without having to start it manually on the server?
2- My second question, on the server we have all the versions of the Autocad products, i.e.

Model Checker - Can't make it work

I have try to make the Revit Model Checker work in clarity but I always receive this error:
"Debug Information:
Method not found: 'Void ADSK.BIT.ModelChecker.API.Services.Implementation.CheckSetService..ctor()'. Developer Info: at Cohort.RevitTaskPlugins.ModelChecker.Execute(Task t) at CohortRevitTaskServer.Controller.runOneTask(String artifactPath, Document& doc, OpenModelOption openModelOptions, String loadErrors, KeyValuePair`2 oneTaskToProcessor, TaskWrapper parentTask, SecurityManifest security)"
I tried using default Checkset insite my Revit Model or giving an url with an xml file. Both gave me the same error.
My output is in the same folder of the Revit Model. Also, we have installed the BIM Interoperability addin to the server last friday.

Hello,
I have an issue where the Task machine has been given rights to a specific file path on our server, but Clarity does not see it or thinks it has permissions to this path. This path was secure, and Clarity did not have permission to this path till recently. The Clarity Task machine does have access now and can navigate to the UNM path. When creating a File based project Clarity when browsing to this path Clarity errors and says it cannot access the path. How do I update Clarity to read this new granted access path?

Why does the BIM360/C4R Publish Task not run when scheduled when there are changes?
Hello,
We have several BIM360/C4R scheduled tasks that are not running even when we can see an Update is Available. It is hit and miss as to when these seem to run. We get no errors or completed info either. Not sure what we need to do on our end to facility this task. The publish needs to happen daily and it is not. Team is losing confidence in the product.

Navisworks Conversion Not Saving Task in "Setup Task"
I am trying to run the Navisworks conversion task but only on a specific server. When I pick that server and save the task, it doesn't get saved with all the other tasks.
Have done an "Update and Run" and the task will run but not be saved, also it will be in the Completed Task queue.
Whenever I pick "Project" for the scope instead of "Server" it will save the task with the others.

New Autodesk Privacy Pop-up
Woke up to every one of my tasks yesterday having timed out.... yay! But instead of the models freezing when opening from BIM 360, I found this lovely new pop-up from Autodesk. Just so you know, Autodesk cares about your privacy.

Tasks are no longer running. Server is saying that it is invalid. I'm not sure how to fix this. Please see attachments. Please let me know if I need to add further log files.

Input Nodes as User Interface for Clarity
Hi,
i would like to know if the Input Nodes in dynamo( prefixed with "Input") as per the PDF./help document is more sort of indicator that these nodes are input for users understanding or can they be used as a user interface on clarity server, so that when the task is created & executed, the server will provide with the UI option to specify the values or data set as per the input nodes defined in dynamo script.
for example in the image attached, either the excel file path can be a UI option or if its a file path

Task Queue Not Reflecting Active Tasks
Our Clarity environment has been running into what seems to be a task saturation issue lately, meaning we have too many tasks in the queue each day for our task machines to complete before they time out in a "New" status. Around 70% of our tasks each day are timing out at this point.
I would expect this if I had suddenly added a heavy load of projects at some point, but I have not. This issue of tasks not being run on time just popped up around the time where we updated from Clarity 2022 to 2022.1.

Administrator User Disabled
We keep seeing that our Clarity Administrator User keeps becoming disabled. When this happens Clarity no longer runs any tasks.
We were going to upgrade to the newest version to see if that resolved the issue, but saw the email about the issue with 2022.1 and did not. We are still a bit behind either way. Below is our Server Version.
The Task Servers are on Build 2022.0.10.0

# of views is wrong
Hello, I would like to know what are the rules for measuring '# of Views' an '# of Views not on Sheets'. The number showed by Clarity is much bigger than what I can find in Revit after summing up all views, schedules and legends together. Any ideas? Thanks

One or more dimension references are or have become invalid error at opening of Revit project causes task to not complete

The "# of CAD Links" model metric isn't reporting the correct value
The metric logged for "# of CAD Links" appears to be reporting imports (not just links) or parts of exploded imports. These are somewhat different problems and calling these all "CAD Links" is a bit misleading - I can assure you this model does not have 2400 linked CAD files. Is there a way to make a distinction between these two things? CAD Links vs Imports or something?

The post task action "Google Drive Upload" should create a new version of an uploaded file, not another file with the same name.
The post task action "Google Drive Upload" creates duplicate named files rather than creating a new version of the file. Google Drive allows multiple files to exist in the same folder with the same name (files in Google Drive are more ID based than file path based) and the api defaults must be to create a new file rather than look for a file with the same name and create a new version. Clarity's default behavior should be to create a new version, not new files with the same name.

Model checker - fails to save excel file.
I'm running Model Checker on a BIM360 session for about 30 models. Maybe 1/5 of the time it closes the task with the error "Unexpected Error: InvalidOperationException: Error saving file [PATH].xlsx". This happens on different models every time, the path location is on our server. I've tried breaking the task up into smaller model groups (4-5 models at a time) but still get the error. This also happens occasionally with html files, I'm exporting both.

More oAuth Woes
I want to lead with how much I appreciate the work and development your team does to make and keep Clarity a meaningful and valuable product. Today is the second time I've run into this issue. All of my task servers lost their oAuth at midnight today and now none of our tasks can be completed.
In addition to losing the oAuth on the Task servers, Autodesk has kindly locked my account so I currently cannot reset my password or log in.

When upgrading from Revit 2018 to 2020 a couple of notable issues occurred.
The newly upgraded file is forced to Specify... (select worksets) when opening the Project. The only way to fix this is to resave the file as a new central and change the option. This does not happen during a manual upgrade of the file.
Another issue is the disassociation of the keynote txt file regardless of UNC pathing. This does not happen during a manual upgrade of the file.
Other linked files get pathed to what I believe is the C:Drive on the Clarity (local) server and require repathing to the correct location when finished. They were UNC pathed prior
