Matt,
Awesome! that worked. Thanks for the navigation instructions!

Bruce,
Sure thing. First, you'll have to remote desktop to your Clarity Host Server.
Once there, on the start menu, type "IIS" to get suggested the "IIS Control Panel" (for managing the website).
On the control panel, there's a tree on the left side. Keep expanding it til you see an "Application Pools" node on the tree, and click that.
From there, you'll see a list of Application Pools - the ones with Clarity in their name need to be started - you can click on them and then click "Start" on the right side.
See if things function after that. If they don't - I'd reach out to our support team at support (at) rand.com / 888-528-4765.
Matt,
Thanks for helping. I don't know what or where to find the IIS Control panel is... More info would be helpful.
I am not a network/windows person. Just trying to get Clarity to work.
Thanks,
Bruce
Bruce,
When you get that issue, it's almost always because the IIS Application Pool has stopped on the host. This can happen during an upgrade or update (for unknown reasons) - or if the password for the Application Pool User Identity has changed, among other reasons.
Try going in on the Clarity Host to the IIS Control panel, finding the Application Pools, and re-starting them.
