relative path
A folder structure is constant (more or less) from project to project. It would be very helpful to specify a path for actions relative to the Revit project folder. It would save time on copying tasks from project to project - no need to adjust the UNC path for every project.
Thank you.

Display thresholds in model metrics graphs
The model metrics graphs are a great tool to see how a certain metric has developed over time. It would be really useful, though, if those graphs would also display the firm metric guidance guidance thresholds defined for caution/concern and issue (while taking into account model size, small model factor and large model factor). See attached mockup.

rte
There is a RVT and RFA upgrader, these are great. A RTE would be nice. We don't have a lot of those but still have a few.

Add office to the available Keywords
I think it might be helpful for those users with multi office organized servers to allow the use of the office as a keyword in the post task action.
In our offices the file path looks like this: //servername/office/project name/
If we could leverage the assigned office parameter set during the project startup it would dramatically simplify our project startup process.
This would allow us to set post task action paths in the task templates as \\servername\[office]\[Project]\ and eliminate the need for template tasks that are specific to each office.

Delete worksets on Revit Publish
It would be great to include an option to delete specific worksets when publishing a Revit file via Clarity. At the moment there is only an option to retain or remove ALL worksets, but there is a often a single workset we need to delete as part of our publish process - for example "Temporary Structure" in an Architectural file.

Task Template - Worksets
Please add the Worksets parameter for Task Templates. In most time they have two values ALL or NONE. For some of tasks there is no need to open Worksets, for example for the task Revit Database Export. For such tasks I use the NONE value, which significantly reduces processing time.
When I assign such Task Template to a project I need to set the Worsets to NONE for the assigned projects. Too many clicks. It is a big disadvantage in comparison with copying tasks from one project to another.

Post action - E-mail Notification
Yes, a task has an option for e-mail notification. But I want to notify a specific person about a specific task result.
Typically a project has tons of tasks, like printing PDFs, sending files, etc. And typically the user list for a project contains many person which are mostly designers who are responsible for such massive tasks. They all get notifications about tasks if that option is activated for tasks.
Let's say I have a specific task, i.e. "clash report" which result I want to send to a project manager. Currently I need to include the PM to users list.

Change wording of missing task server emails for paused task servers
Would it be possible to send a different kind of notification mail if a task server was merely paused, e.g. "... has been paused for ... hours"? Typically pausing a task server happens for a reason whereas a missing task server would require a fairly immediate reaction.

REST API: Optional UserExternalId parameter when creating a task
We use the /REST/Task/{id} POST operation for creating "child" tasks from other tasks. These tasks show as having been created by the Clarity Administrator user. It would be great if that operation had an additional (optional) parameter to specify an actual user so that this user would get notified once the generated task is done.

Show which task sequences a task is used in
When in task edit mode, it would be great if the edit page included links to any task sequences the current task is assigned to. (In task sequences we can navigate to the tasks included in the sequences - why not the other way round as well?)

Transpose model metrics
It would be great to be able to switch to an alternative model metrics view that shows the data transposed (models as columns, metrics as rows).
The number of metrics by far exceeds the number of models and a lot of folks prefer scrolling vertically (or maybe it's just me).
So I modified the Model Metrics page but it will probably be overwritten with each host server update... I'd be happy to share my modified version of the Model Metrics page.

Ability to export to DXF as a task
The ability to export to DXF just like DWG.

Get example output when entering formula / coding for filename builders.
When using formulas and codes to concatenate an output filename the inclusion of 'show example output' to test those concatenations would be handy, especially when trying to use 'regex' or 'sql' variables

Sheet Collections filter for PDFs
Now that Revit models can have Sheet Collections, can this be added to the filtering options for PDFs?
Specifically for PDFs, but perhaps others could use it on some of the other export options as well.

Filter task template assignments by project status
It would be super helpful if we could filter task template assignments by project status (i.e. active/inactive).

The Data Sheet categories for instance should include Mass families.
The Data Sheet categories for instances should include Mass families. With so many room data sheet workflows, using addins to make blocks of Masses, this would be a good category to add. Egan Space Planning tool makes mass family blocks to hold room data information based on a spreadsheet of room size requirements.
There are a number of other similar workflows with Dynamo or other addins. The process is to move the blocks around to inform the design and then transfer the info into rooms. I'd love to see masses added to the categories so I can create data sheets

Project Setup
It would be great if we could assign the 'use project's office' for task server assignment in the project setup page.

Edit Tasks by ID web interface and Clarity.TaskUtility.exe
grant an option to edit Tasks in
If this cannot be done another option would be two steps with
1 . Add an Export tab to Excel the list of tasks with the ID from the Manage Tasks dialog in Clarity.TaskUtility.exe.
2 . add to the web interface Tasks - Task Setup "Edit by ID"
with the exported excel file sort the list by project or by task type the get the list of tasks you want to edit, then us the "Edit by ID" option to type in the id number
