It appears the the Backup Project task opens models in order to process them. However, we need to be able to open those models with all worksets closed, for performance.
We have some site models that take more than 3-4 hours to open if all worksets are open, which is what Clarity is doing. The task often fails.
Please allow us to configure the task to close all worksets in the models.

Can you send in Task Diagnostics for this issue?
At least in the 2021.1 version, we should already always be opening the file up with all worksets closed.

And it looks like I missed your reply. ;)
I just ran the task again to get you the diagnostics and noted that Revit is crashing due to an attempt to read or write to protected memory. I'll send the diagnostics and journal file.
