Clarify RevitDBExport Task Documentation
It would be great if the documentation clearly states if the Minimal Export option exports the workset names. I've found that project admins are concerned when they use Minimal and then the Worksets setting says None. They ask, "does that mean I can't configure what worksets to open? http://s3.amazonaws.com/IMAGINiTSoftware/Documentation/Clarity/2021/index.htm#t=Admin___Coordinators_Guide%2FTask_Automation%2FAvailable_Tasks%2FData_-_Metrics_Tasks%2FRevit_DB_Export.htm

LastReportedDate field for Untracked Server Models
Please add a LastReportedDate column to the UntrackedServerModels table. This would be useful for filtering the data (i.e. excluding old untracked models that haven't been opened recently).

Shift Task Timeline Hours
We run all our backups and metrics at night, starting after people stop work, however the task timeline is only midnight to midnight. It would be great to be able to set the hours from say 8pm to 7am, so i can just examine the automated tasks, of one night, without having to jump from the day before to the day after

DB Export - Check box for models to export
Would like to have an option on which models I want to run the DB Export on. When I create a template for a DB export it takes all the Revit models in the Project. I would like to be able to select which models I want.

We would like to have a task that allows us to download files from BIM360 Glue into a ProjectWise folder.
We have designers/engineers/contractors producing coordination models in BIM360 Glue. We would like to be able to automatically download the file from there and save it into ProjectWise, where more internal staff have access to review the model.

Add Priority to the Task Columns in the Completed Task List
Just a thought. Could we add "Priority" for the tasks in the task column list?
This would make it easier to troubleshoot prioritization with task setup.

Backup Project and Worksets
It appears the the Backup Project task opens models in order to process them. However, we need to be able to open those models with all worksets closed, for performance.
We have some site models that take more than 3-4 hours to open if all worksets are open, which is what Clarity is doing. The task often fails.
Please allow us to configure the task to close all worksets in the models.

Enable Revit Single PDF's to be sorted by sort parameters
Currently, only Clarity Print collation of single pdfs allows for use of the sort parameter. However, only the Revit Print Collation allows for pdfs. We would like a pdf that has hyperlinks, but is generated with the sheets in the proper order.
Until that is fixed, the description for "Sheet Order Parameter" setting both in the help documents and in the task settings should clarify that the setting will be ignored if Revit print collation is used.

On the all projects pages can you add additional columns "Project Creator" and "Task last run" ?
Would like to be able to follow up with the prj creator and look at the task last run time, on all projects.

Copy Task Template
There are similar tasks, for example PDF output can be in black or colour, in separate files or in a single file. Also it is a good way to create a backup copy of a Task Template.
It would be helpful if I can copy a Task Template (similar to a Task) and change just a couple of parameters.

PDF File Name Template - Empty Values
We have a REVIEW SET (list of sheets and views together) for PDF output.
Typically we use the following file name template: [Sheet Number] - [Sheet Name].pdf
Unfortunately it doesn't work well for views. The output file name for views is "--- - [Sheet Name].pdf". It is the same name for all the views. That results duplicated files which get deleted. It is expected, so I added another parameters to the template: [Sheet Number] - [Sheet Name][View Name].pdf
The problem with duplicated file names is gone, but the resulting file names include the keywords [Sheet Name] and [View Name], surprisingly the

Visualize the "When Tasks CANNOT Be Run" On a Task Server
Working with IT to set up routine restarts and SCCM update windows. We realized it's hard to visualize when a task server will/will not accept tasks. I think it might be useful to see this in the task timeline.

Administrators select and run multiple tasks
In 'Setup Tasks' window, my suggestion is to maintain focus on filtered list of tasks after selecting edit or run to support running many non-scheduled tasks easily. Alternatives are to allow a preselection of tasks to run (radio box > run all selected) or create the ability for administrators to string together already established tasks to run concurrently on group execution. We may want to run the same task on multiple projects periodically (not on a schedule).

Navisworks conversion task
When I run this tasks and it times out it still processes the post action task. It would be better to not process the post action tasks as it could be operating on an incomplete file or the old version.

All emails from Clarity should be controllable and controls should be documented
We had a user report that she was receiving "changed Revit build" notifications. She did not want to receive those but the only way we could find to stop them was to stop all emails on her Clarity account. Clarity needs to have a more granular and/or documented approach to email notifications so we know how to control the notifications.

Make task server version upgrades happen through the server just like minor updates
It would be great if task servers could pull their version upgrades from the Clarity server just like they do for minor updates! This would be a nice time saver.

Place the Check Engine Score line in the model metrics window
Would it be possible to add line on the model metrics scatter plot?
In the below I'm comparing score to warnings. And I can see the low and high for our warnings based on our firm standards. I think it might be helpful to see the check engine score line when viewing the model score metric.

Journal files accessible from Clarity interface
Typically the users responsible for tasks don't have access to the task servers themselves to review the journal files referenced by the failed task. It would be very helpful if the system could allow access to those journal files or place copies of them in a location that is accessible via the Clarity interface. Maybe something similar to how the host logs are accessible. It would go a long way in enabling these users to troubleshoot the failures themselves.

Username for Revit Build Change Notification
When I receive a Revit Build Change Notification I need to make a little investigation – who has the outdated Revit version. I go to the Clarity > Files > Model name > Timeline. There I can see all the people synched the model. I try to understand who synchronized the model at the time when the message was sent. Sometimes a few syncs happen in short period of time, and I can make a mistake about the person. It would be nice to avoid all that hassle.
Could you please add the username to the Revit Build Change Notification?
Thank

Include the Median Hours in the Monthly Report
I think including the median hours saved in the monthly report would provide a little more context to the monthly report. Providing just the mean implies a symmetrical dataset which I can only assume is not exactly the case. I would guess it's not a perfect bell curve. So, if we could get the median it might provide a little more nuance to understanding where the "average" firm sits in the dataset.
