All emails from Clarity should be controllable and controls should be documented

We had a user report that she was receiving "changed Revit build" notifications.  She did not want to receive those but the only way we could find to stop them was to stop all emails on her Clarity account.  Clarity needs to have a more granular and/or documented approach to email notifications so we know how to control the notifications.

Ken,

I think I take your broader suggestion, which sounds like each user should be able to opt out of or into each type of notification.

FYI - it is possible to opt everyone out of Build Change Notifications, by going to "Server / Settings / Monitoring Service" and you can adjust notifications like:

- Send Build Change Notifications

- Send New Project User Notification

- Erroring Task Alerts

- etc.
