Task Targets Edit Form Filter
In the new task target menu can we get a search bar to filter down the list of available models. On large projects it can be hard to sort through all them.

Historic Task Metrics in Task Setup Page
For the sake of tracking the historic "health" in terms of Completion vs Error count or percentage, it would be great if this info could somehow be visualized within a Clarity project for each specific setup task.
I could see it being helpful within the setup page of the task itself to see a count of how many times that task has completed or errored out.
Separately, it would be cool also to have options for visualizing (pie chart, bar chart, etc...) which tasks in the project overall are succeeding or failing (maybe more important to see which one is

Show whether Desktop Connector is signed in
It would be great if the Task Servers tab showed whether the Desktop Connector is running, signed in, or has no project selected. More often than not I find that the DC rebooted and has the pending dialog to select projects. This go unnoticed until someone logs into the task machine or notices B360 tasks not completing. The DC looks to be crashing or rebooting exponentially more on the task machines than for regular users.
Thanks.

Only Change but with TEAMS!
It'd be awesome to run the Unified Sync command when/if Teams gets updated instead of just at a specific time. We keep having timing issues with outside clients where they will upload documents at different times of the day and we end up missing things.

Upload location for custom task dlls
Provide a place in the web interface for us to upload dll's for custom clarity tasks which are then distributed to task servers as required. Copying the files over to each individual task sever is a very tedious process which, when debugging, can add hours to custom task creation and testing.
Possible functionality could also include:
- A setting for WHEN this custom task should be "released" - so it can be scheduled at a time the task servers are likely to be idle
- Locking this function down to "super admin" users to avoid errors
- Task name override
- Task category override

Task Sequence Error Message
It would be of huge benefit to us to have the Error message from children tasks populate through to the parent task sequence. This would help us tremendously when reviewing the logs after a very large run (approx. 2900 task sequences). At the moment we need to open each failed task sequence to review the error message or use SQL & Power BI to review a process than can take hours

common task target fIlterable
Hi Guys, I'm wondering if the team is considering to expand on the common task target settings, to allow the target selection to be filterable like in the existing target selection task setup:
Thanks!

Send email on Autodesk Authentication expiry
This token likes to expire on Clarity Cloud. Apparently this does not occur on Clarity On-Prem. There is currently no way for us to know that it has expired. Our rep from ImaginIT sends me an email and tells me to go reauthenticate.
Proposed Solution: Send email to Company Administrator to go reauthenticate when this expires.

Banner showing users role in project
When a user is in a project on the web portal, it might be useful for a banner showing the users assigned role. This could be easily overlooked by someone that is an admin and well acquainted. But for regular users and new users, they might not understand why they see what they see per project.

ACC upload split into multiple tasks
When uploading a large number of folders to ACC Clarity hits a quota limit. When uploading 1600 folder it took 9 hours and timed out. I split the uploading into multiple task each around 400 folders. This worked and only took around 2-3 hours to complete. Could we get an option to have clarity automatically split ACC uploads into multiple tasks?

Exclude Certain Elements when purging using Revit Audit and Compact
Would it be possible to add an option to preserve cetin elements (so they don't get purged) when purging through the Revit audit and compact task. Sometimes there are unused elements that need to be kept and it would be nice to be able to isolate these and keep them from being purged.

Email a group email to all members of project.
It would be helpful for those instances that you need to communicate to the team at once. Perhaps the email to group could be on the Manage Users screen.

Visibility on Server Availability During Task Creation
Providing a heat map for server availability and peak times would help us balance our task load across servers more effectively. If this information was available at the point of task creation, admins could select the times when they knew their tasks were most likely to succeed. The heat map should be viewable as daily or weekly based on all currently scheduled tasks on the network.

Add Model Metrics for # of Models Linked by Internal & <Not Shared>
If we had a Model Metric for the number of models linked by Internal and another for those linked by <Not Shared>, we could use the Task to check how many models could be affected by updates to Shared Coordinates and which ones need to be adjusted before making updates.

REST API: Optional UserExternalId parameter when creating a task
We use the /REST/Task/{id} POST operation for creating "child" tasks from other tasks. These tasks show as having been created by the Clarity Administrator user. It would be great if that operation had an additional (optional) parameter to specify an actual user so that this user would get notified once the generated task is done.

REST API support for metrics management
It would be great to have API support for the process of merging metrics. That would of course include retrieving lists of models that metrics are currently being stored for.

Change wording of missing task server emails for paused task servers
Would it be possible to send a different kind of notification mail if a task server was merely paused, e.g. "... has been paused for ... hours"? Typically pausing a task server happens for a reason whereas a missing task server would require a fairly immediate reaction.

Coordinator View tab - Task Chart
Allow the user to click on one of the bars in the chart to display list of all the tasks that ran at that time. Allow that list to be exported to csv or excel.

New Navis Export setting for Revit
There are two Navis export setting that have been added to Revit recently, that would be beneficial to us. We would like to be able to control these from the clarity task instead of having to set them on each task pc for each version of Revit.
The setting are "Separate Custom Properties" and "Strict Sectioning". See attached image.

Move a claimed task to new server
Once a task get claimed but has not started processing is there any way for the host to periodically check and see if another server has become available and move that claimed task to the free server? We sometimes see a task sit in the claimed status for a long time waiting for a particularly long task to finish, but one or two other server are sitting idle.
