Please add a [Time] placeholder in the "Keywords Used in Post Task Actions" so a fully timestamped folder can be created. Also add formatting (- and . and @) so the output is easier to read.Example: PDF_2020-03-31@13.07.05.

We have a task "File Copy". Unfortunately it is not enough. I want not only copy files but do any action on OS level. Also we have task post-action where we can run a Windows script. Unfortunately the post action do not run in required sequence.

What if I want to run the following procedure for PDF? 1. Cleanup the target folder from previous content. 2. Create PDF files with Clarity 3. Copy the PDF files to the target folder. 4. Apparently the IFCAlternate task is not committed as a transaction after running. That means that any IFC export tasks that run on models with the IFC export setting "write IFC GUIDs to elements" activated can not write those IFC GUIDs back to the model. We tried wrapping the IFCAlternate task in a task sequence in between two Dynamo tasks that were set to Live Model Update, but this didn't help either.

Would it be possible to add a "Live Model Update" option to the IFCAlternate task so IFC GUIDs can be written to the central model?

It would be great for some of our projects that require other cloud sharing platforms if we could also do a post action of sending files to a OneDrive shared folder.

Hello, would it be possible to setup task to run one day every 2 or 3 weeks using the task schedule? At the moment we can only schedule weekly, let say every Wednesday, but we run some task every 2 or 3 week, doing the Schedule not productive since we have to set it up to run over night, deactivate for next week, and activate it the week after

It  would be great to have Clarity SSO to use Office 365 accounts for single sign-on.

It would be very useful to be able to control the global order in which the metrics appear in the respective projects, e.g. by having options to move them up or down in the list of Firm Standards.

Right now, the only way we found how to do this was to create the Firm Metric Guidances in the exact order we would like them to appear. If we want to change the order later, we have to delete everything again and start from scratch.

When you have a long list of projects and each project might have a long list of models you want to clean up the way the UI on this page functions doesn't work.   The first thing that would improve this is after you merge or delete a metric that it doesn't return to the first project on the list but stays in the drop down with the project you just did an edit too.

Ideally, this page would be laid out where you can choose a project and then are presented with checkboxes for all the models in the list

Currently, when setting up PDF exports in the PDF Task, the View/Sheet Set to Print list shows all the sheet sets from all of the models in the project.  This makes it very difficult to track down the correct one without actually opening the models up.  It would be really nice if there was a way to index, filter or just show which model each Sheet Set is coming from.

The same thing is true with the Print Setup.  In this project there are 50+ print setups coming from the models.

When we get helpdesk tickets from our users, they will often include a screenshot of an error they are getting on a task.  From that screenshot we can see the task ID.  

It would be nice to be able to search for a task ID when looking at the 'Completed Tasks' list on the Host in order to find the specific task they are having problems with rather than clicking through page after page.

Please create a Single Model Backup Task.

The task would be able to select rvt file ad the target to backup instead of just project.

Also create the same task for BIM 360 Single Model Backup Task.

Wish there was an admin setting to send renewal notifications for scheduled tasks. It would be helpful to free up resources for old scheduled tasks to expire. Project teams have a tendency to not clean up schedule tasks and free up resources. 

It would be nice to be able to create NWD files along with NWC's, as sometimes models are need to be shared with users who only have access to navisworks freedom, which will only read NWD format. i can automate the export of the nwc's which make up my models, however the task is still manual to publish an NWD after the fact.

Microsoft Teams is a great organizational tool and Clarity can be added as a Tab to be accessed directly in Teams.  If Teams is set to Dark mode however, Clarity inherits the black background because there doesn't seem to be a "background-color" set in the CSS file for the Body. This makes certain items difficult to read. Please add the background-color option.

It would be beneficial to be able to export Untracked Models to excel where we can then build a list report as a way to inform Project management and force users to add these projects to Clarity.

It would be beneficial to be able to export Workstations, Workstation Details, & Addins reported by the Clarity Client to Cad Management in the server, to excel where we can then build a report and track Revit Builds of 200 plus Revit workstations.

Would it be possible to add a "Continue on error" setting for the Dynamo For Families task? We've had cases where some of the families were inaccessible due to access rights issues and this brought the entire task to a halt. Would be much nicer if the task would just skip to the next family file.
