I keep getting Errors on Model Metric tasks
I have multiple Model Metric tasks that keep throwing errors. I keep getting "Encountered issues collecting metrics for: Revit Warnings. Not all metrics were recorded."
I think this is stemming from how I set this task up in our template project, but I don't know how to trouble shoot the issue. When i read the log I can't make heads or tails of what "error" occurred. any help would be appreciated.

New BIM 360 Migrate task
How do we know this is running successfully? There is no update or log in the task status.
Looking at the Admin Console log, there appears to be some BIM360 Upload activity, but nothing is being reported. Can't see any files appearing in the target hub.

Dynamo Workspace Refresh
I noticed that as the Dynamo scripts do not launch the Dynamo Workspace I cant not use any python commands that reference it. IE using it to get the version of dynamo installed when using nodes to send settings, history, pc infor back to a SQL database for tracking. The other thing is as it is not launching the workspaces some python does not execute. Autodesks answer is to put a boolean node and switch it from one to the other to trick the python block to run again (requires you to hit run twice). Unlike when its ran in

Publish to Autodesk Viewer error: General View/Data API processing error: The given path's format is not supported.
When I run the Publish to Autodesk Viewer I get an error:
General View/Data API processing error: The given path's format is not supported.
How can I resolve this error? I've added the Forge API key and secret and tested them with a successful result.

Clarity Not Exporting to Artifact Folder
When I export a PDF from Clarity it generates the file, but then it doesn't save to the artifact folder. Instead it saves locally to the Documents folder on the machine and Clarity doesn't think a file has generated. It then errors out and doesn't proceed with the Box upload post action.

Why does the list of Worksets not filter by model?
Why is it that when I set up a task to focus on one specific model, when I go to specify worksets to open/close, it still shows all available worksets for all models in the project?
Clarity is already pulling this information, it should be simple to filter list of worksets based on models selected for the task.

is there a way to get the PDF thumbnail name to match the filename?
Here is a screencast of the issue

Neither Autodesk nor our reseller have any ideas, so hoping Clarity can resolve

Why can all my Clarity Users see all the projects?
We are using Clarity 2021 and never used to restrict access to projects since we only had one mechanical contractor using Clarity. Now we are adding another contractor and need to restrict access to the rest of the project, When I setup a test user and Group, I only checked on access for one project but I can still see all the rest of the projects.
Is this correct or is there something I need to check?
Sincerely,
Ken

I am unable to change the 'sheet order parameter'. How do I fix this?
Every time I change the sheet order parameter to something other than what it currently is set at it does not save and reverts back to the original setting upon updating the task.

Is there a way to track upload / download performance from Clarity Accelerator
We are having complaints about the amount of time to open projects in Revit 2020 on our Clarity Server. Is there a way to track throughput to the clients Clarity Accelerators?
There aren't any issues with the Revit 2018 just the Revit 2020.

Multiple Projects Same Working Directory
I have a project (task: nwc export, post action-move files) that processes files in a given working directory and its subfolders. It's filtering to Revit file names that start with a specific text string. I'd like to process the same working directory and its subfolders to get files that start with a different text string, export nwc files, and then move them to a different folder than the one above. I was told a few years ago that I couldn't create multiple projects on a given folder. Is that still, or even, was that ever true?
I'm pretty sure I

Need Help Setting Up a Task (Gluing to Another Firm BIM Account)
So i'm trying to set up routine exports from our design models to a GCs glue hub. Ideally, I'd like to export several views with .GLUE appended to them and push that to the GCs glue project. I don't have glue set up on my account so I cannot host the GCs workflow on my account?
I'm sure I could set up the task to export views with *.GLUE in the name to select which elements are being exported but how do i control which glue account/project the files are pushed to?
We have all our design models set up

Report Task Duration?
Is there a way to view how long each task takes to run?
I'm sure it's right in front of my face somewhere, but I'm trying to determine just how long it takes for each task to initiate, open the Revit model, perform the operation, perform the post-action, and then close the model. I can see in the task list, the time stamp for when each task is completed. I could do some excel magic if I knew when each task initiated, but that info is not shown. Only the date is shown. Am I looking at the wrong tool

How to set up task machines to run AutoCAD tasks?
Hello There!
I set up an AutoCAD eTransmit task in one of our projects to see if I could get Clarity to make clean copies of a CAD file into a shared FTP folder to go out to consultants.
The task setup was straightforward enough, but after I ran it it is just sitting in the queue not being grabbed. I realized that maybe I needed to go into the Clarity task tray settings on one of the task machines and enable AutoCAD tasks to run, but the option isn't where I expected it to be.

Difference between File Size reported in Project Home vs Model Metrics
I have a project where the Project dashboard is reporting the file size to be 133.66MB, but Model Metrics is showing a number "653029376."
The project only has one Revit file, so I don't think the second number is some sort of aggregate. Why does the Dashboard and Model Metrics show different numbers for file size?

Navisworks Export, Name Result File without Detached
Is there a way to export nwc where the source filename/path reflects the actual central model, and not the "-detached" version?
The problem is that when trying to use Navisworks Switchback, the link to the Revit model is broken because the source file path contains the -detached suffix when the nwc is exported, so Navis and Revit cannot complete the Switchback connection.
Is there a setting I'm missing? Thanks!

What types of Views are counted in the '# of Views' while running Model Metrics?
Hello,
I would like to know what are the rules for measuring '# of Views' an '# of Views not on Sheets'. The number showed by Clarity is much bigger than what I can find in Revit after summing up all views, schedules and legends together. Any ideas?
Thanks

C4R Publish not Publishing BIM 360 Forge Error
While watching the Task Server it shows success and complete but is not publishing the model. It gives a BIM 360 Forge Error.
on the Task Server I opened Revit and navigated to the model and was able to publish manually so the authorization is working for the signed in clarity user. Not sure how to reauthorize the BIM 360 Forge access. Is this an issue with the token?
Thanks,
