Clarity Not Exporting to Artifact Folder

When I export a PDF from Clarity it generates the file, but then it doesn't save to the artifact folder. Instead it saves locally to the Documents folder on the machine and Clarity doesn't think a file has generated. It then errors out and doesn't proceed with the Box upload post action.

Update on the printing, after sending the diagnostics Sherry from Imaginit had the quick resolution of increasing the wait time per sheet.

I just sent one of the task logs. I'm using the Bluebeam PDF driver. There seems to be something wrong with the tracking on the text of the prints so I was seeing if a different driver would resolve it. It did not unfortunately.

Please go to the Task and hit the “Send Diagnostics”  button. Which PDF driver are you using?
