Project is unable to "Migrate Models" to a new hub. Was working at one point and now cant find the "folder" or "Project" in the clarity project.

However, If I create a new project from scratch, it CAN see the clients hub and its files. However, when attempting the "Migrate" model task again, it comes up with "no folder" error.

I have a task running to sync all the folders and files from ProjectWise to BIM360, and I noticed that files where the file name was modified are being copied over as the previous version. By that I mean the following: Original_File1.dwg               Version " "

*name change*

Newname_File1.dwg           Version  "A"

*update*

Newname_File1.dwg           Version  "B"

Then the sync task runs, it creates 2 files, the Version " " with the old name, and the Version "B" with the updated data. It shouldn't copy the first original file

Minor typo... The Page Setup for In Session in Clarity says "Offset from Center."  I believe this should be "Offset from corner as it is in Revit.  Center is a different radio button.

We have a couple of task sequences that refuse to kickoff nightly as scheduled. They include the typical Revit Database Export, Model Metrics, Performance Advisor, then a Navisworks Export with a Post Action to BIM360/ACC. The Task Sequence does not have "Only On Change" checked, so it should be running nightly regardless of updates to the model. Is anyone else having this issue? Our team is starting to lose faith in the product.

The dialog where you assign a template task to projects has changed. You can now filter by tags - yay! But I can no longer deselect all projects to unassign them at once. I can check the top box next to Project and it shows everything on the current page being selected, and when I check it again, everything I can see deselects. Unfortunately, when I try to apply the change, I get a message that "Tasks failed to update". The effect of this in my organization is that we have to go through 38 pages of projects to unassign

The Task Timeline is not showing scheduled Tasks. I select a day, hit View and nothing shows. Not sure if there is an issue with how I set up the tasks or something else.

I would like to schedule the tasks to be run at night but am unable to do so.

Support would be helpful.

In the Metrics Summary page that shows color-coded cards of the projects, there is no longer a way to go to the next page, so I can only see the first page of results.

I have an exterior model that is on ACC but it keeps becoming missing from the list of models for tasks. I will have it one day and the task will run, but then the next day it disappears or shows some model that isn't on ACC and the task will fail. The file in the image highlighted is NOT on ACC. It should be the file named in the bottom image. This model was not renamed on ACC it was saved as with the correct file name. Audit and compact tasks did pick it up, but other tasks like

I am unable to view a project's scheduled Task Sequence in the Task Timeline. It is showing all the other projects scheduled Tasks and Task Sequences. The Task Sequences are running but not displaying in the Timeline.

It is a cosmetic issue.

Clicking on the Tasks or Dashboard links shows the screen where icons are not visible.

The clarity server website shows

HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

I would like help to verify that we have our new Clarity licenses installed properly on our Clarity host server and Clarity task servers. I believe that we do. However, we are continuing to receive daily emails with a countdown stating that our license will expire in x number of days.

Hi, none of my 42 scheduled tasks came out last Thursday. 

I'm trying to relaunch things this morning and nothing is moving forward.

Hi.  When exporting a Revit schedule to Excel via the schedule export task, we receive the error: "Invalid row or column index". We can export the same schedule to CSV via Revit with no issues.  We cannot seem to find any reason for it to fail or any specific setting in the task to highlight an issue with the indexing.  Thank you. 

Has anyone else run into the following issue with PDF type tasks. We have certain projects where the PDF print is works for all views selected until the last view, and then the task fails because the final view is not outputted via PDF. 

Attempts to clear out cache and reset DC do not correct issue. on different task servers the issue replicates, running latest Clarity Client (26.0.12.0)
