User Delete Tasks
A feature that I would love to see implemented is for individual standard users to be allowed to delete unclaimed tasks that they have created - without need to be elevated permissions to admin or co-ordinator We often get user accidentally launch a task - then reach out to admin to cancel the task. We understand they should slow down and be careful - but... Human nature... :-)
If they can immediatley click cancel before the task is claimed it would be very helpful

Record Revit Clarity User Name
It would be useful for clarity communications through revit add-in to record user name. For instance name of person who records a Model Event" or name of person who accepts or rejects a change request.

Organize tags in Project Home page based on Categories
Currently when tags are created by Clarity users, they are listed in alphabetical order and mixed along with the different categories. As more and more are added, it becomes a bit difficult to navigate on the All Projects page.
Would it be possible to have the project tags displayed on the All Projects page based on the categories (Revit Version, Project Type, Office, New Project, Custom)? Basically displayed in the grouping that shows under Manage Tags?
Also do we have the ability to customized the title of Tag Categories (such as Custom)? And add additional custom tag categories?

Open Workset after opening the model
Often we define our tasks to open specific Worksets only, because opening all the Worksets takes too much time.
From time to time we get this message:
I have an idea how to overcome this problem.
- Open the model with all Worksets closed, i.e. option NONE.
- Now you can read the Worksets existing in the model
- Compare the existing Worksets against the requested Workset list.
- Open the Worksets which are requested and really exist in the model.
- Log the open and failed Worksets.

Toggle to hide disabled task in project
Could a toggle be added to the tasks page within the projects to hide all the tasks that are currently disabled in the project? Some projects have a few dozen tasks setup and hiding the disabled tasks would help clean up the list. The filter at the top of the column is nice be it resets to easy. Could this be a project based setting or user based setting so it would be persist if the user left the page or logged out?

Please add an option for Family Upgrader to delete backup files!
It would be helpful to have the option to upgrade RFAs, RVTs & RTEs that removes the Name.000#.Rxx files.
And also, please make process sub-directories optional.
Thank you for your consideration.

Option for showing subtasks in admin view
We use task sequences a lot. In the tasks admin views (dashboard and completed tasks) it would be very helpful to have an option to also show subtasks for quickly identifying which subtasks have failed. Currently it's super hard (i.e. many, many clicks) to identify subtasks that fail frequently.

Current Tasks List - Show Task Server
Sometimes, a Revit session hangs on a task server machine, but the associated task monitor continues running. Even though the task has already been canceled on the Clarity host and appears in the Completed list with an Error status, the task server still treats it as active. As a result, it becomes blocked and cannot pick up new tasks.
To handle this, I usually check each running task on the task server and compare it with the Current Tasks list. If a task is running on the server but not listed in Current Tasks, I manually terminate it. This process

Add the latest Model Score to the database
Hello,
I'd like to ask that the Model Score that is calculated in Model Metrics gets reported to the Model Score column in the ModelMetricSummary table so that it can be pulled into a Power BI report.
Thank you,
Roan

Windows task server
Can clarity get the ability to tell when a Windows task server is not logged in? We have occasion when a pc will restart during the night for some reason. When this happens that pc will start picking up windows tasks and the Navis and AutoCAD tasks will fail if the service account is not logged in. This causes a large number or tasks to fail since the failed tasks only take a minute to run and then the task server it will try to pick up another task that it will not be able do.

Clarity Data Model graphQL query task.
Can we add a task for Clarity to make Data Model API queries to complement the Database Export, so we can warehouse and use this information using the same project OData connection? We are impressed by how efficiently Data Model queries work but struggle with warehousing and processing the results without a lot of development work.

AutoCAD Script File Date check
Can we add a setting to the AutoCAD script task that will check the date of each file before it opens and only process files that have been modified in the last X days. Number of days to be determined by the users. Something similar to the Unified sync task filter by date option. We have to process a number of large dwg files but not all of them have changes from week to week.

User Export
Please provide the ability to export Users as a report to excel. For large sets of users that an admin would need to provide a report of all users would be nice and usable.

Task splitting limit
Add options to the Global Task Server Configuration page to limit the number of child tasks created when splitting a task. Currently some of our PDF tasks are being split into more task than we have servers. This is causing a back log when all of the servers are tied up for 2-3 hours by one project. We would like to put a limit on the number or child tasks if a user's setting cause too many.
Example:

[ClarityProject:xxx] Keywords in Post Action tasks for Sharepoint URL etc.
Is it possible to use something like [ClarityProject:sharepoint] to specify the sharepoint site that will be used by several task post actions? it doesn't seem like this function is currently possible?
Also curious if it is possible to do this for the Target field as well.
Right now we have to go update all of the tasks if we need to change these.

Provide Task Name in Task Dashboards as a selection in the Column Select
Please provide as a column in the Column Select in Task Dashboards the Task Name. It would be helpful.
Thanks,

repeatedly erroring task cleanup
Could we get two setting for the Erroring Task Cleanup Alert. Currently, we can either notify the coordinator on the project or disable the task. I would like to have one setting to notify the user and a second one that disables it if the error is not fixed.
For example, after 3 errors in a row it will start sending an email to the coordinator so they can look into it. Then the second setting would kick after 6 days to disable the task if it was not fixed.
It would also be nice if Clarity could auto send

Task list page length control
Add a page length dropdown list of user choices for the length of task items on the page. 100 would be nice. The apparent current length of 20 can be annoying.

Please add the ability to run a Revit External Command
Please add the ability to run a Revit External command so that we can write a Revit Addin to be run against models using Clarity tasks.
Thanks!

Ability for Clarity to utilize Revit Sheet Collections, more functionality
We're currently seeing issues when using export tasks such as PDF when we have multiple Sheet Collections that may have the same sheet number. This will cause the task to error due to the duplicate numbers.
Currently our team is looking to utilize the Sheet Collections without error but ultimately have the ability to move files to a destination via post action into a folder based on the sheet set name, utilizing the process of dynamic subfolders that is seen in the ACC Upload post action. The main issue is the way that Clarity caches the files when exporting and
