Windows task server

Can clarity get the ability to tell when a Windows task server is not logged in? We have occasion when a pc will restart during the night for some reason. When this happens that pc will start picking up windows tasks and the Navis and AutoCAD tasks will fail if the service account is not logged in. This causes a large number or tasks to fail since the failed tasks only take a minute to run and then the task server it will try to pick up another task that it will not be able do.
