When looking a a tast list view please add the ID column. This is usefull for editing tasks with the task ID. Example, the url http://tmpvm-clarity/CentralAdministrator/ProjectTasks/EditTask/153 I can just change the number at the end to switch to the next task I want to edit.

I used the Clarity.TaskUtility.exe to find the sorted Task ID's and did a screen shot to create a list I can use to track what needs to be changed. 

The 2019.1 Clarity Client  can send open and sync time Metrics to the host without a user login on the client. Have the Client collect information on  what models are not setup in Clarity and display the list on a Admin web page like "Models not setup in Clarity". read the projectinfo project name field to include to group the list by project. This way you can find a list of models that should be setup in Clarity.

The help search tool needs to be modified so it ignores searches for prepositions and possibly better phrase searching

Please add an "important note:" to the help file for "Room Image Update" that the view you use must have the rooms category visible in the view for this task to work.

we often need to use "[" and "]" characters in files names of PDFs, NWCs, RVTs, IFCs, etc, but currently seem to be unable to, as Clarity uses [ and ] as keyword separator characters. Can these be changed to something less likely to be used or an admin customisable set of characters at the host server level. eg keyword separator characters like { and } or < and > instead?

Create a New backup task the is run on demand that prompts for the milestone submission description that is added to the Zip file name with the current revision in the Revit project.

Right now we can create a dated zip file on a schedule in Clarity.  Most times user create their own zip right after a milestone submission. It would be great to have Clarity do this so the process is done on every project for every milestone. 

On way to do this is to add this feature to the Revit Clarity addin so it can pop up the

When using Task Templates  use Keyword in the template name to automatically name the new assigned tasks in a project.

Same request when creating a new project from a template Project. 

In the template project have tasks created with Keywords in the names. When the with tasks are copied have the keywords swapped out the the value of the keyword to automatically name the task. 

When we get external models most of the time all the views have been removed. If not the we create a UpdateRevitModelFromDisk task to to that. We create views in our Revit Mech Model to export the Arch model that only shows that link to export to NWC. This takes more time by loading the Mech model first with the arch link. 

It would be great to have an option for the Navisworks task to create a 3d View with no links loaded on the fly to then export it to nwc with a file name.

Can you add the option in Model Metrics to show how many unused(purgeable) detail and Model groups are in the model.

Right now Clarity cannot pull down a rvt file if the rvt file was uploaded into BIM360...it requires a model to be published with a BIM360 Design license. 

In some cases it can't be avoided that certain nodes in a graph throw an error. It would be great if we had a way to mark these nodes in some way (e.g. by renaming them to "ClarityIgnore:Orginal node name") so they don't show up as errors in the log. People tend to get jumpy when they see the word "error" in a log... ;-)

Create a "Revision Record" as part of the project.

It would show the sheet revisions per model. The current revision could be collected by Model Metrics or dbexport tasks or the Revit Clarity Client addin. Everytime a new revision is added to the project revisions it gets added the  Revision Record.

Once the current revision is added to a Sheet, That Sheet number and name is added to the Revision Record.

This would be displayed in a webpage like a schedule to show all the sheets revision history per RVT model for the clarity project. This record should be exported

Similar to the Count() function for category tables in room data sheets, a Sum() function would be very handy - especially if it would work in conjunction with the Count() function.

Use cases:

• Sum of window area per window type (and number of units of that type)
• Sum of shelf length per shelf type (and number of units of that type)
• etc.

In the Navisworks task that is setup on a BIM 360 Design project it would be great to be able to post the NWC to a BIM 360 Folder as well as a local network folder. Right now you have only one option in the after task action. Like the Publish  to Glue Task, Add a folder option in the task body.

When creating a new project we copy tasks from another project. 

Once the task is scheduled and runs with a invaild Target it does not even create an error log to look at. This can also happen when a model is renamed. The scheduled task that is pointing to the old model name will not create an error that the target is missing.

Right now the A360 download can included subfolders and filter by file extension.

Please add the option to filter by filename. Example is I only need to download 18-098 ARCH.rvt.

The Sync charts (maybe others as well that report time) report in seconds. It would be nice to convert this to minutes & seconds instead. Also quite important to have in the label is the username for each data point.

Use case: I am a Revit user that would like to set up a one-off task to print a set of PDFs or do some exports, but my project is not set up on Clarity. I would still like to use the power of the Clarity Task Servers without having to set a project up on Clarity. It would be great if I could do this through the Clarity addin and save the configuration out to an external file so I can re-use it if necessary next time.

Add the ability to predefine and add the Graph tiles to items able to be copied from projects on project setup.  We like to see the same tiles and it take a while to set these up per project

Add Task Type to Main Column list for Current Tasks.

Task type is listed in Completed Tasks but not in Current task list.
