Download BIM360 RVT file that was uploaded with a Docs license.

Right now Clarity cannot pull down a rvt file if the rvt file was uploaded into BIM360...it requires a model to be published with a BIM360 Design license.

Hi Matt!  Download it to the artifacts directory and then be able to run tasks (mostly dynamo scripts).

Mike - just to be clear, you're looking to just download it? or run tasks against it?
