Create a BIM360 Download task in a project that is not a BIM 360 project
We have a project setup in Clarity that is a local server Workshared project. We have been asked to to use BIM360 Design to share files.
Right now I would have to setup a separate Clarity BIM360 project to create a A360 Download task

clarity should be able to export images and exe output and web standalones scenes
work with enscape to automate the output files from their platform

Create a BIM 360 task to create and send packages in Design coordination
Automate the process to create a BIM 360 task to create and send packages in Design coordination.
Even if it is only the model with out sheets.

Model upgrader task - new options
For the Server Model Upgrader task add options for;
Open or close workests
Audit the model
Compact on save.

Transfer Project Settings More Options
Would be great if we could choose the various choices to transfer over, much like you can when you do it manually.
Copy Electrical Settings, Conduit, Titleblock, View Title etc

Egnyte support
We use Egnyte as our primary storage for project information. Not only do we want to upload output artifacts to Egnyte, we want to be able to download files from a Egnyte project folder to execute tasks. This is more of a benefit for CAD and Civil 3D users, as we already use BIM 360 for multi-discipline Revit projects, but it would be a significant benefit to have more support for Egnyte.

Copy from Project button on Setup Tasks page
This is just a small thing but I think it would improve the UX when setting up tasks. How about adding a Copy From Project button to the Setup Tasks page?
Background: We keep a template project with pre-configured tasks and task sequences. Users are encouraged to copy those tasks to their projects instead of setting them up on their own. When busy on the Setup Tasks page, it always breaks the immersion in the workflow when people have to switch to the Project Home page in order to copy more tasks to their project.

Run a Navisworks appearance profiler during an NWF/NWC to NWD Navisworks conversion
We currently have tasks set up to create NWCs so our NWFs get updated automatically, and other tasks to convert that NWF to an NWD. However, we still have to open that NWD and apply an appearance profiler file so the system colours are correct before sharing the model. It would streamline the process if we could have an option to run an appearance profiler during a Navisworks conversion task.

Add Revit Version Column to Task Tables
It would be useful to be able to see and filter our tasks (completed and current) by the Revit Version of the project being run.
This would allow us to gauge how many projects are running through each version of Revit in task load across projects.

Select-DeSelect All Days in Task Schedule
It would be swell if there was a Select All and a De-Select All option for task schedule days. When you change from On Demand to Scheduled, all of the day checkboxes are activated. One example use-case: If I need to create a bunch of tasks that run one day per week, I spend a bit of time un-checking check boxes. Be nice to click a "Uncheck All" and then check the one day I need.
See attached image.

Add Task Type to Currents Tasks view
In both the global Current Tasks and Project Current Task web page the list of fields does not include Task Type. Please add this to both.
Thanks

Create [LocalNetworkPath] keyword
For BIM 360 projects the [ProjectFolder] keyword can not be used in post action file copy because it is a BIM360 path.
Create a new field in the New Project "Local Network Path" used for artifacts.
Then it can be used in Post action tasks in folder paths.
Example path for Local network project - [ProjectFolder]\..\..\CURRENT SET\PDF
Example path for BIM360 project - [LocalNetworkPath]\..\..\CURRENT SET\PDF

Publish Revit Model - full functionality for BIM360 files
The PRM task running against BIM360 files has limitations:
- No link remapping
- No cleanup
I believe it can be done. Download BIM360 files to Artefacts folder and do all the things.
Please elaborate the task for full functionality.
-
Remove all XREF-ed images and PDFs from the DWG exports
Remove all (or embed) XREF-ed images and PDFs from the DWG exports similar to ‘Remove PCP Output Files’ option.
In our case we end up with tens of .jpeg and .pdf files because of the nature of some sheets we export from revit.
-
View and batch editor of tags
Would it be possible to create a view that lists all the projects but with the added column to show what tags are applied? And then the ability to modify/add/delete the tags applied from that screen?
This would facilitate a quick audit to ensure tags are applied appropriately.
-
automatically update project Revit version
It would be great if Clarity could see that a project has been upgraded to a newer Revit version and adjust itself accordingly. We have had reports of users upgrading models and not informing our BIM Manager so Clarity fails because it is trying to run tasks with an older version of Revit.

crashing models
It would be great to have an ability in the UI to mark models that are crashing (or corrupt) so that we can better analyze data related to a problem models
then this would allow us to filter model metrics by poor models (vs ok or good models) and find the patterns with the issues
