manage metrics page

When you have a long list of projects and each project might have a long list of models you want to clean up the way the UI on this page functions doesn't work.   The first thing that would improve this is after you merge or delete a metric that it doesn't return to the first project on the list but stays in the drop down with the project you just did an edit too.

Ideally, this page would be laid out where you can choose a project and then are presented with checkboxes for all the models in the list for that project so you can check the ones you want to delete or merge all at once.
