In our company we are using th PDFCreator driver. I found it is better compared to other PDF drivers: 1. It is fast. It takes less time for us to produce drawings. 2. It give true B&W graphics. Just compare its output with the the PDF-XChange result:

I would be happy using it. Hope other user would love it too.

I've discovered that when I use the View link from the All Projects list view, sometimes the link doesn't work correctly. Most project's View link does go to the project, but at least one is just going back to the all projects view. I recorded a video of the issue that I only can share with tech support.

I try to apply the [ProjectFolder] keyword for my Run Script post-action. Finished task reports an error:

The specified Post Action Script: [ProjectFolder]\Current Clarity Set\PDF\Pre-FullSet-Black.bat does not exist?

How can we make the [ProjectFolder] keyword working?

The eTransfer command generates an interesting version of the target Revit file - it is disconnected from any central file. I would like the "Publish Revit Model" task would be able to create such file. 

Why. I run the task and it creates a target tile in a network folder. Then I upload the file to BIM36o. And here is a problem - I cannot link the file properly. Clarity runs post-actions in parallel, which is understood when we want to send files to BIM36, FTP and Google Drive. But there are scenarios when post-action should be performed one after another. For example, after generating files with Clarity I need to do the following:

1. Delete old files in the target network folder. 2. Move the generated file to the target folder. 3. Rename files according client requirements. 4. Send files to shared location.

The post-action should be performed in the given sequence. With the current parallel running the Clarity can delete the newly generated files in the

Right now it appears that the LastModifiedBy column on the BIM360 project home page is not filled out.

Maybe have the clarity client collect this data?

I have deleted a model in BIM 360 Docs but Clarity still runs tasks on it. Has anyone else run into this? I tried to purge the model from the deleted area in BIM 360 and cannot see how to. Besides setting up a file filter for the project, is there anything else I can do? I can foresee this becoming a difficult to manage having to monitor deleted files and filtering them out of our tasks.

Since Clarity 2020, it's been possible to specify worksets on a given task. If you've run the RevitDBExport task, then you could see the worksets to choose from on the "Basic" tab.

Starting in Clarity 2021, it is also possible to specify worksets with BIM360 projects (in this case you must have run the RevitDBExport task at least once).

You can use these workset settings to:

• Improve performance by not opening all worksets
• Control visibility

On the "Advanced" tab, it's also possible to specify wildcards - as well as negative wildcards (such as "don't show anything that includes the word

Our list of task servers in the server console show old task servers, either ones that have been renamed or others that have been decommissioned. I see no way to manage those nor does the documentation describe how the Task Server page is updated. Am I missing information somewhere?

I noted that there is a slight grammar issue on the Completed Tasks tab when there is a task timeout. The description says "… just a delay in processing many task [sic] on one …"

I'm trying to generate a report (Project Query) of all the projects we have in Clarity with some information that we have as parameters in the Revit Project Information.

I setup the table with the fields that I want to include.  When I try to create a report I get this error message:

A Project Coordinator (within a project) should be able to manage the metrics for their models.

Currently it requires a Global Project Coordinator role.

It would be very helpful to see all data in the firm metric guidance table, not only when editing the metric's configuration.

Model size is not always a good modifier for the metrics threshold values.

We have some projects that need to use a lot of custom paper sizes. Managing those paper sizes on the host server and multiple task servers is fairly tedious and I was wondering if it wouldn’t be possible to have the task servers “learn” any new paper sizes for the ClarityPDF driver that were created on the host server.

We are having issues with the Post Action feature in both DWFx and PDF exports. I am trying to get 2 actions in order: upload to BIM360 AND copy files to a network folder. Clarity randomly either processes one, none or both (most of the times just one). Changing the order doesn't do anything. The Copy is on copy, not move, so that has been checked as well.

Any ideas?
