There are cleanup options in the Clarity task tray, which if checked will try to run once a day about 24 hours after the task tray was started last.
Note: We cannot do the cleanup if Revit is running, so if tasks are always running, the cleanup may not occur. There could also be permission issues with deleting things as well at times.
So, if you want to clean up things manually, I have listed the locations below where you can regain some drive space.
You may also want to consider using the Windows Task Scheduler to clean things up.
Process
1. Log onto the task server as the designated Clarity account
2. Exit the Clarity Task Tray
3. Stop the Clarity Windows Task Server Service in Services
Make sure no Autodesk Products are running!
4. Clear the locations listed below that you feel need attention.
a. Windows Temp and BIM360 cache are the big ones.
Windows Temp Folder
• Exit all programs.
• Press WINDOWS-R on the keyboard to bring up the Run window.
• Type %TMP% and then click OK.
• Delete the contents of the folder that opens up.
Tip: There may be files in use by background processes, so not all files will delete. Rebooting may allow all of them to be deleted.
Note: Instead of using the Run window, a couple other methods of getting to the temp folder is to type %tmp% in the Search field at the bottom of the Start menu or into the location bar of any folder window.

Desktop Connector Below 15.8 https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-clear-the-cache-of-the-BIM-360-Desktop-Connector.html
Use the Free up Space tool to clear out the local cache.
This feature can be used at the account, project, project folder, or individual file level.
Using the feature on the account level will likely clear much disk space; using the feature on an individual file will only clear the individual files.
Right click the corresponding level in the Autodesk Docs drive in Windows Explorer and select "Free up Space" and the local disk space will be released immediately.
Files from Autodesk Docs will be downloaded again "on demand" as soon as they are opened.
16.x and above
Open the Desktop Connector, go to Settings, Select Projects, My Selections, Uncheck projects you want to remove and Save. You will need to leave at least one project selected.
