PDF "garbled" Text Issue

Some of our PDF files generated from PDF Tasks have text issues to where the text displays as "garbled" text - showing random characters of symbols, letters, and numbers. We use the Arial Font, which all of our Task Servers have installed.

My workaround is to the issue is to first delete the existing PDF files in the Project's main Artifact folder first so that there is no PDF files that Clarity has to attempt to overwrite, which does seem to help issue, but we have overnight/scheduled PDF Tasks that we run as Check Sets that are  constantly having to overwrite each day (only on change).

Taylor - this feels odd, opening a support case to dive deeper into the specifics.

has this issue been solved?  Have started to run into it on our task servers.

While we never understood exactly why, I believe Taylor reported that increasing the task setting "Max Wait Time per sheet" to a higher number (it was set to 1 second, he increased his to 6 seconds), the problem seemed to go away.

I think in later releases we have increased the default value to 30 seconds.

(it is basically a measurement of how long is reasonable to wait between the time when Revit claims that the print is done, and when the individual page's PDF shows up).

We have changed our wait time per sheet to higher numbers and it doesn't resolve this issue - typically it requires a restart of the task server computer to correct it.

We've had issues with certain 'printers' on our personal PCs with this item and never had problems with Clarity pdfs until recently.
