I am facing an issue with the Clarity ACC Docs to PDF task when attempting to export multiple Revit files at the same time.

Observed Behavior:

  • When running the ACC Docs to PDF task for multiple Revit models, the task fails.
  • The error indicates that Files are in use.
  • I retried the export several times, but the same issue occurs consistently.
Please advise whether this behavior is a known limitation or requires specific configuration settings to handle multiple Revit exports in the ACC Docs to PDF workflow.

We just became aware of it and our team is already investigating. We're working on a quick turnaround for a fix.
