ADSK Account Locked Due to OAuth

My Autodesk Account has been locked due to too many authorization access attempts. I checked all the task servers yesterday and ensured they were fully authenticated. Somehow, the authentication was invalided and the autopasswork programmed into my task servers has failed.

I cannot get the task servers to stop attempting to login long enough to let the 30 minute refresh happen. So i have a log jam of tasks waiting to complete, support tickets coming in Left and Right, and I cannot get the task servers to stop running long enough to fix this issue. I pause the task servers but they keep trying to log into BIM 360. I also tried turing off the auto authenticate feature on the servers.

Any ideas how i can fix this and prevent it from happening in the future?

The best option continues to be to inspect carefully what version of Desktop Connector you have and compare that to the "AutodeskSSO Shared Component" which is separately installed.

If the AutodeskSSO component, which is shipped by a number of different Autodesk products, is in harmony with desktop connector, they will constantly extend your Revit/Autodesk sign in.

When those two components are not in alignment, they can step on each other and cause the Autodesk token to get reset.

If reviewing those and trying to  get to the latest of each doesn't take care of it, please open a case with support (at) rand.com, and send in:
- the exact versions of desktop connector and AutodeskSSO
- the Diagnostics from the task tray application on a machine that recently went from "signed in" to "not signed in" (on the Task Tray / Logs tab).

Best Regards,

Thanks for the feedback. I went back through and updated ADC to the latest version on the host and all task servers... seems to have resolved the issue... for now o_0
