Model metrics data missing from summary page

The model metrics summary for one of my projects is losing it's data display for 3 out of 4 models (on the project's Model Metrics page). I ran the metrics task on 3 of the models shown below, and the data graphics appeared (green, yellow or red dots)  .A short time later, the data graphics vanished and have not reappeared.   See image below.

I have the same issue on other projects with different metrics dropping out, but not as severe.  In all cases, it appears as though the data is available on the host server's Metrics Summary page.  Just not on the project's summary page.
I would like to know what could possibly be causing these data dropouts.  Thanks.

Are some metrics dependent on a certain level of Database Export detail?  The DuplicateInstances, and WallsOverlap metrics are always missing from my Revit 2020 reports.

Scott - not database export, but those two metrics are part of Autodesk’s “Performance Advisor” task.

I have a similar situation with my Revit 2020 projects.  The model metrics data appears after the tasks are run.  But soon after it disappears.  See image below.  I have the admin logs, task server logs and journal files to share in a Zip file, but I'm assuming I can't post it hear.

Matt, I do not have a ClarityCloudTaskServer running on my task server.  I just have the ClarityWindowsTaskServerClarityRevitTaskServer running.  Could that be part of the problem?  The example project is a Revit 2019 BIM 360 project.

I will dig into the logs and check out the main metrics page.

Thank you very much!

Scott,

I am suspicious that perhaps the "summary data" was being re-built when you went to this page? or perhaps there is some kind of problem with the summary data (which we rebuild periodically).

If you see this again, can you please coordinate with an admin to send all of the "AdminConsole" and "MonitoringService" log files from the Server/Logs page in Clarity to us, so that we can review.

With respect to the file that was retired and is no longer in use - there's an option on the main Metrics page to "Manage". There you can select a project and file - because we don't know the model is retired you have to tell us what to do with it - you can delete it or merge the results into a newer model if it has continued forward with a different name.

Best Regards,

Matt

I posted a reply above with a similar case.  I can send you the admin logs, task logs and journal files, but the monitoring service logs I found did not go back in time far enough to when the tasks ran.
