Is is possible to export a project's model metrics summary to PDF or Excel?

I would like to create a report of a project's model metrics summary (see image below) and send it to the folks working on that project.  This would be one way to keep a project team aware of issues that are a problem now, and those that can cause problems in the future.  Anything I can do to educate Revit users on the keeping project models working smoothly is worth trying. And also I would like to have something to refer to if I need to justify the time it takes to clean up after everyone.

If I can't export a model metrics summary to a report that I can share, can I import raw data into Access or Power BI to get such a report?

Thanks,

I have put together something that involves screenshots (Snagit) and Excel.  Then I email it to project teams so they can be aware of the integrity of their models.  See image below...

Some folks actually respond to these summaries and work on getting their numbers out of the red.  Most don't  :(

I want to be able to share model metrics information with the folks working in our Revit models without giving them access to Clarity, and without access to the host database.  Surely that is a reasonable request.

We do not have an excel export, but you're correct that we do have an open SQL Server database connection that can be queried with Excel, Access, PowerBI, etc.

You should talk to Robert M at Stantec about getting you access to the database.

Here's a link to some information about the tables involved:
