Can Clarity generate a report of schedules in multiple models?

We have a project with several models and I would like to generate a report of all of the schedules that exist in each model.  I don't need all of the 'internalxx' variations of things like revision schedules and keynote legends.  Is there a way to do this?

Yes, I have that.  The issue is that it is reporting every instance of every schedule.  So every instance of revision schedules and keynote legends that are on multiple sheets are reported.  Like these:

This is a large project with multiple architecture models and 100's of sheets.  We need to compare the schedules used in each model.  We don't need to know how many instances of each schedule are placed on a sheet.

Thanks!

Yes, our approach would be:

- Run the RevitDBExport against all of the models

- Go into the "Reports" section within Clarity and make a report that shows what you want.

Because Schedules are technically a view, you can see them in the out-of-the-box report called "Views" - and potentially filter the list down to just schedules. Or you can create a report, pick the Views table, and build a more specific view - filtering down to just schedules.

After that you could:

- Export the report to Excel, or live link to the data via PowerBI.

Let us know if there's more that you want...
